@@ElizabethMaina-l2x Hello, for the yeast mask you need the following ingredients: Give 42 grams of fresh yeast in a small bowl and add one teaspoon of milk. If the mask is still very hard then add a half teaspoon of milk. Mix it gently together and apply it with a spoon on your face. Leave it on your face until it is Compostela dry (xou will feel it when you have the feeling that your whole face is "frozen". Then you have to peel it off your face. When I do this I Cover the sink with kleenex or kitchen towels. Then I wash my face first with lukewarm water and then with cold water. Dry my face and Apple coconut oil on the face. You will recognise that the face is completely red, that's because the mask gave it a good blood supply. I wish you all the best and let me know how the mask worked. I do it a very long time (at least 30 or more years) and love it! Petra

Olive oil is not good for face.... I used oliv oil just 7 dayes. It riuned my face badly.... It dissolved all my face fat..... My face filled with wrinkle sagginess and i looked aged just in 7 dayes
