This is a full 5 day hypertrophy program based on the upper lower split. The upper lower split works well for 5 days per week, particularly because it balances out the upper and lower body. The workout program is set up as:
Upper body day 1
Lower body day 1
Upper body day 2
Upper body day 3
Lower body day 2
This is a low volume program, well-suited for a beginner bodybuilder or someone who responds well to low volumes.

This looks great! My favorite 5-day split by far is (1) Upper (2) Lower (3) Pull (4) Push (5) Legs, with a rest day in between days 2 and 3. I start my training week on Saturdays, because gyms are less crowded during the weekend and I can absolutely crush Day 1 and Day 2. Then days 3, 4, and 5 are done on Tues/Wed/Thursday. Fridays is a rest day and take the wife out to dinner lol. Try it out!!

I´ve been looking for a 5 day upper body emphasis split, thanks! Could you do a 5 day arnold x torso limbs split? Im looking for a split that can be run 5 days in a row that emphasises arm and shoulder development. Volume can be on the moderate to high site.

What is a good substitution for weighted dips that still hits triceps the same amount (can’t do close grip bench either cause of my rack setup in my home gym…)
