Sorry for commenting on such an old video, but I just have to say: Most technicians just do a single poke and squeeze on each blemish. This video shows how inadequate that really is. This technician keeps squeezing, and the debris keeps on coming. The most thorough extractions I've seen in a long time. Bravo.
Might be the clients pain tolerance that hinders a second squeeze. This person has incredible paintolerance hence the ability to endure the tough squeezing.

A little too aggressive with the loop extractor. Especially on the guy's nose. She's supposed to lay the loop flat on the skin around the area instead of carving straight down into the poor guy's nose!
What a good video. There were some slow parts where the pops weren't that exciting, but there were also some excellent ones. The ones between the eyes were great. The person doing it did a really good job at cleaning them out, and to the guy who sat there for so long taking the abuse, I would like to thank you for your service.

Alannah Hawks The nose looks great in the AFTER PIC, what would you suggest they do????with a super commedone like that, there is basically no solid flesh, it is compromised by such huge pimple and pimple guts that there is no integrity of the flesh left and in such a small area...it was harsh but she did a great job..... he looks so handsome in the after pic... best pimple video and just reached 24,000,000 views so the number says it all, it is being viewed at least 50,000 views per day...a true cult classic. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I don't know why i find this satisfying. But it's definitely better than squeezing my own because it never works as good and i only end up with red irritated skin most of the time when i try to squeeze my own. So in order to kill that craving of wanting to get rid of them this gives me a satisfactory feeling even though it's not my face. 😊

YOU JUST SAID EXACTLY WHAT I CAME TO SAY! & that, I don't know how this person was able to wait for an appointment! I would've had my face a mess trying to get those blackheads out myself and you know that it is impossible to withstand doing that on yourself. This is my therapy video for my crazy, stressful days! I have had acne since I was 10 years old. Now I'm 20, and my skin is much ok. I have used many soaps, creams and antibiotics, but did not see any improvements. Recently, I just started to implement this ( *AcneCureOnline. Com* ). Getting good results so far. I will continue with it, if it seems good further.?

Hands down!!!! The BEST video I have EVER watched! AND ALMOST AN HOUR? I almost speechless! The whole time I was waiting for it to get blurry or turn into something I hate! The whole video was my favorite kind of blackheads! And only a few times did the comedown extractor come out! I love that they probe them and then get the pore completely cleaned out! I've wondered about that too. Did the clean up work? Did the craters left behind heal? Was the client able to keep the skin blackhead free? I agree this is one of the best popping vids. I have it on my favorites list and revisit once in a while.
I can’t see how they wouldn’t come back. You let a blackhead, or any pimple, get that large and the hole will never heal all the way. He’ll be cleaning these same pores out in 20 years.

they won’t because they didn’t treat his face properly and he probably isn’t caring for it how he should (how he got this much acne in the first place) so all this did was open his pores to allow more dirt in and give him horrible scars
@@roxyoursox524 obviously he hasn't had proper hygiene up until this treatment. I hope he was able to change his methods after the rise in self-esteem he gained by his clean appearance.

I watched the whole video, and not one time did the doctor change out the gloves nor use proper medical techniques. The person face will most like get infected in some areas which is a very bad outcome.
Anita Erickson this isn’t a doctor. Also, they’ve shown the mans face about 6 months after this video was made and he looks amazing. GA Spa has some highly educated, top notch aestheticians working there. Please educate yourself before you comment about something you have no knowledge about.
With such a large amount on her face it is more efficient and faster to put it on her glove. She also changes her gloves in the video at some points. That lady would be sitting there for hours if she perfectly placed them on a tray beside her each time. 😅
Nalini Banmally Poor hygiene isn’t the only way to get acne, especially for extreme cases like this one. Don’t patronize. If it were that easy to fix, he wouldn’t have had to pay a professional.
I watch pimple popping videos for a living, full-time. The blackheads in this video are the most difficult, stickiest, driest, gooiest, thickest, to try to remove. Even though Ga is good at what she does, the amount of effort expended is ridiculous. I hope that this pimple-faced juk-juk appreciates such an effort.
There’s clinics that will charge per blackhead and like extraction they made, I’m not entirely how true this is but I saw many people say the same thing under a lot of videos where they keep the extractions on the glove, apparently it’s very common in Asian countries to have these “beauty stores” that provide services like this. I hope that helps and as far as I know it’s pretty true by the amount of times a lot of other you tubers that post videos like these have explained it and stuff.
It’s a cultural difference. They need to show that they have done the work. It’s not like a missile salesman where you take their word for it lol.(Billy Connolly). Some use gauze beside the customer. Depends on clinicians and if they are actually trained properly as well.

Miss Huong says it's from the Agent Orange in the soil, that's why scooter riders we ware mask not from germs but the Agent Orange in the dust on roads gets into pores on face starts a information reaction turns in to big juices zits for our viewing pleasure

This video even so many years later after first watching it, is absolutely extraction heaven! So many blackheads so well extracted, very few aestheticians remove everything from each pore. The client must have been so happy afterwards to see clear skin and no more black dots all over. It is not only the longest blackhead popping video but clearly the best, it is always surprising how much content is in that pore!
At least they know how to actually clean out each pore of this person's faceunlike Loan Spa,Sac Spa,and many more ppl whom has gotten so popular in their spa companies.

I know what you mean, it's very satisfying. But to be fair to the other estheticians, I'm pretty sure the reason why some of them seem to jump around from one unfinished area to another, is that they're aware how painful it is for the client, so they move elsewhere to give them a bit of a break from the pain in that area. The good ones always go back and finish the whole face....although it might take a few sessions, or a few videos!😄 Have you seen Thúy Truong from Sac Dep Spa? She's wonderfully thorough, almost never gives just one squeeze! 🇦🇺👋

Some people spend an hour of their weekend in front of the screen watching a good movie. I spend it watching this. Great start, second act, climax and finale. Deserves an oscar at minimum.
