There is a book called "arthshastra"( अर्थशास्त्र ) which I would highly recommend you to read it since you are fascinated about history It is based on how Economics, geopolitics and laws were governed under Chandragupta Maurya who was the king of Mauryan Empire of Ancient India and it was written by famous Indian Strategist "Kautilya" who was the PM during Mauryan Empire which later the book was translated by L.N. Rangarajan I would highly recommend you to read this part of history and civilization

Indian history books as follows, 1. India's Ancient Past by R. S. Sharma. ( to know about history of ancient India) 2. History of medieval India by Satish Chandra ( to know about medieval history of India) 3. From Plassey to Partition and After by Shekhar Bandhopadhyay ( to know about modern history of India and partition of India) This books will give an idea about history of India.

Next up, could you do a video, recommending your favorite and must-read books on cognitive science/cognitive psychology - philosophy of mind, in general? Just discovered your channel, so, perhaps you've made such a video already (have to look closer), but in case you haven't, I think it would be an excellent idea!

Btw have you tried History Of Philosophy Without Any Gaps series by Peter Adamson, i haven't read them though but heard some positive reviews on it, i like his podcast alot.

I have not heard of them. I know Cobblestone has a massive series of books. But I will look Adamson' books up now!

The Dawn of Humanity by David Graeber is a really good one. Coercion, Capital, & European States by Charles Tilly is another.

That last one sounds dope. Is dawn of humanity as good as debt? I tend to be a bit sus of books with the titles like "beginning of civilization" and etc.
