Breakfast best meal of the day I find, certainly some fun challenges and recipes to say the least. Jennifer's treat cereal still remains one of the best I'd say.

How to Cook Ramen Egg? Or mostly know Tamago. Boil water then put eggs for 5 mins. put it in cold water then crack every side of eggs then put in water again. wait for 1-2 mins then gently peel the shell. if you want to make it real tamago looking put it in soy sauce for a little bit to get the color then slice it using string or on a thin clean thread, do not used knife itll ruin the appearance of the egg. Thanks for me. just sharing. How to cook filipino poridge? or also know Goto/Lugaw sauté Onion and Garlic in oil put some ginger too then put the slice chicken or pork, wait until the inner part of chicken was color brown. put the chicken stock/water then put Sticky Rice (Prefered) maybe normal white rice if theres no choice, add some ground pepper and fish sauce to taste. measurement of cooking rice stock and rice is 1/1 but because you are making porridge add 1/4 of the measurement of your stock. meanwhile: in a pan in a low heat put some oil then put chopped garlic make a perfect fried garlic. when the porridge is done serve it with squeeze Calamansi or lemon with boiled egg and topings with fried garlic and chili paste or oil. Remember Sticky rice and white plane rice is different even in texture and cooking time. adjustment of stock is the key. thanks again for me 😉

I've only been watching these from RU-vid. Do they already know the recipes?, or are they given a chance to study them prior to cooking?

There's class/ tutoring session available for them outside of shooting days, it's not mandatory. that's where they learn new cooking method, unfamiliar ingredient. but, idk if they are facilitated with pantry and place to experiment on recipe.

Bizcocho is the name given in the Spanish-speaking world to a wide range of pastries, cakes or cookies. The exact product to which the word bizcocho is applied varies widely depending on the region and country. For instance, in Spain bizcocho is exclusively used to refer to sponge cake. In Uruguay, most buttery flaky pastry including croissants are termed bizcocho, whilst sponge cake is called bizcochuelo. In Chile, the Dominican Republic and Bolivia bizcocho refers to a sweet dough (masa) baked with local ingredients, similar to the bizcocho from Spain. In Ecuador the dough of a bizcocho can either be sweet or salty. The US state New Mexico is unusual in using the diminutive form of the name, bizcochito, as the name for a locally developed and very popular cookie.
