I need a video for the THICKEST most occlusive creams and moisturizers for winter. PS I’ve been using regimen labs level since it came out. I’ve tried to use others but always go back to regimen labs. It is THE ONLY topical other than hydroquinone that I’ve found that actually works when used consistently. It’s just truly so good
I bought it off YesStyle in January this year, been using it for a couple weeks now on and off with my day routine. It’s thicker than the original skin1004 100% centella ampoule, and can be a bit tacky for my liking depending on how much and what you use it with. It also has these beads/granules in it that sometimes take a bit of warming up to dissolve into the skin. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all (my skin doesn’t like vitamin C and it has the 3-O-ethyl derivative) which is good, but because I don’t love the texture I haven’t used it long enough with consistency to report any results 🤷🏽♀️
Just FYI: Daydream has a negligible amount of Alpha Arbutin (0.03%) and Tranexamic Acid (0.01%) per the brand. 2% Niacinamide and 4.3% SAP VitC derivative. RegimenLab Level is pricier but definitely worth more for the amount you are paying.
Now that Naturium has been sold..... I really like their products, great formulations. They feel great on the skin and effective. The body washes are fantastic. I've been using the Multi-Bright Tranexamic Acid treatment 5%, also has Kojic Acid, Alpha Arbutin & Acetyl Glucosamine. Many blessings!!💖💖💖
@@truthseeker4869Elf for 335 million from Susan Yara. A start up indie brand that quickly yielded high growth to a 335 million purchase contract! After how many of us were so salty for the Naturium scandal to selling fir 335 million! How Susan not only ran it into the ground to attaing her hundreds of millions running with it! 😅 that has to be a record breaking deal as well as how Susan and the team manage to turn around on such a brand scandal for ultimately a win!
Therefore you think the formulations changed for the better since being sold to Elf? What made you trust them now vs before? What do you think was the main difference? Genuinely curious, hence I've been meaning to try them. I was dubious about the product line like many of us after its scandal. Then again, there's a lot that happens behind close doors that brands and the industry itself doesn't disclose or improve that could be. Worse and more concerning issues do arise and often go unnoticed swepted under unknown to the public from bigger high end brands. These however have more leverage, connections and $$$ to cover and move on from.
@@ccrisc100I follow Dr.Idriss too but her skincare line seems overpriced like many new brands and products. It's as if they want to recuperate their investments in one swoop. I dont doubt the formulation or ingredient list, she was also intentional with airless pump packaging, but it's just too expensive for me to be ok with. I understand the risk, upfront investment and sacrifice and time to, formulate, produce and create effective products but again the recuperating process takes time, years to successfully profit and gain from.
Ive tried/trying, it does work, beautiful mask, but too gentle I guess, really not worth the price imo. You’re much better off just using a great l-asc with other lightners (tran., niac., kojic etc)
I did Glutathione IM injection and IV Drip . Amazing results for skin especially if you have melanoma or hyperpigmentation helps as well with skin healing. highly recommending
I did it in Korea it was affordable around 60$ for a IV Drip with several vitamins/minerals (vit c, b12, gluthatonine, alpha lipoid acid ) however it's overpriced here in Switzerland. I ve done it then at Revive me in US they take 50$ per shot which is ok. If you know a nurse purchase the ampules yourself and get it injected much cheaper (2$) Still IV drips are amazing especially with alpha lipoic and gluthation for skin benefits ( @NOBSBeauty @@NOBSBeauty
I live in Switzerland so overpriced here. Korea was dirty cheap for a full beauty cocktail as IV transfusion 50-60$ When I was in Us I checked it out at a place called revive was 250-300 $ for IV Drips and 50$ per intramuscular injection. I chose Intramuscular injections was cheaper. I would get it done once in a clinic and see for your self. But If you know someone who is medical assistant or nurse buy the vitamins and tools needed and ask them to do it for you. Cost are probably around 2-3$. For skin concerns I saw difference with glutathione and alpha lipoid acid (skin brightening, less pigmentation, glow and wound healing but I would pair it with Vit C . you get immediately the kick and eventually B12. plus keeps your immune system up. I wasn't sick since I m doing this. @@sheenatran2600
@@NOBSBeauty I can also confirm that. I get it in IV drips regularly it’s great, for so many reasons, especially along side other ingredients. Please let us know how it goes 👍🏾
Dermatica formula 0.1% Tretinoin , 15% Azelaic Acid & 4% Niacinimide has done so much . I used Geek&Gorgeous C Glow am but now T.O Copper Peptides . 🙌👏😊
Great choices!!! I feel like the RNW Essence has lightened my freckles and made my skin tone so much more even I love the Ceramide serum and the mist they are incredible!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
Of course G&G c glow ✨ is great 👍🏽 definitely works for my pigmentation with spf , my other go to is Good Molecules Brighting toner + DiscolorationSerum together they work for any marks and discoloration or uneven skin in conjunction with spf for me , also Perricone on the higher end had a few good products their cold plasma line works great as well as their amine complex I first heard about glutathione decades ago from Perricone his aceyl glutathione line is pricey but works great for brightening and anti aging
Been using the Regimen Level serum for a few months, no real noticeable difference so far? But maybe need more time? Or perhaps I'll try the Korean brighteners you suggest as well. Love the G&G Vitamin C Glow!
Thanks, do you know of the RNW - DER. CONCENTRATE Niacinamide Plus? It looks like a brightening serum, wondering how it compares to the RNW Shining Toner
@@flixbix11211 after cleansing twice a day when im in the corrective phase and once a day to 3 times a week when im preventing. It plays pretty well with tret/Retinaldehyde so it's generally an easy product to use
Just in time Sarah, I finally tried Rx hydroquinone but after one week my skin reacted badly to it and now the discoloration is worse. Luckily I only applied it to one of my melasma patches as a test since i have very sensitive skin. I had lightened my melasma significantly with over the counter products over the last 5 years. I feel like I'm starting from the beginning again. 😞
Black woman use vitamin C just fine like everyone else does. I’m black and have been using many of them for years now with no problem. However depending on the individuals skin sensitivity (black white or whatever) your skin may or may not be able to tolerate it. If you can’t use it try some of the serum’s mentioned in the video that don’t have Vit C as L-ascorbic acid, but uses a derivative of it instead. Like the Numbuzin
Regimen Lab is having a great sale but the minimum for free shipping is €85. I wanted to try to Level and Vitamin X serums. Should I order the Cream? Is it worth it? Otherwise I could buy 2 of the Level serum, which has great reviews, but I haven't tried it
I'm so curious about the Faded serum. I know it smelled like rotten eggs before and it was a big complaint. I'm happy to use a fragrance so I'm very curious if its just a masking fragrance in it now or if it has an actual added scent now.
I know this is kind of besides the point of your video, but did you notice style Korean advent calendar just went live? It’s only $144 and has over $600 worth of products in it. A lot of things I think you love. Just thought I’d give you a heads up in case you wanted to go grab one. Hope you’re having a great day, give the pups an ear scratch for me 🩷
allies of skin mandelic acid is BOGO + 15% right now :) their BOGOs are when i stock up earlier this month, based on your reviews, i picked up two of this serum when they had a july 2024 batch for sale for ~85/ea + BOGO + 15% off. paid 76 dollars for two. so far, really enjoying it! so gentle based on your reviews, i also bought their PSA skin visible improvement (peptides + niacinamide) serum last time they had a BOGO and i love it...i think the 10% niacinamide has done a lot for brightening and lightening hyperpigmentation for me
Hello Sarah, I wanted to ask you a question, I haven't found anyone to answer me and is whether azelaic acid can be used by people with dry skin? I would love if you could help me. A giant kiss from Chile as always 🥰
Does anybody know what the fragrance is listed as in the faded by topical serum? It doesn’t say the word fragrance but I can’t figure which ingredient IS the fragrance
