I am surprised we don't have more Korean food where I live. As we have a lot of Koreans here in Western Washington. I would love to try something like this.

@Lurker1979 , I'm in western Wa. too. I think most of the towns here have communities where different ethnicities tend to group together. Places like Tacoma (especially closer to JBLM) have a bunch of "sub-communities" that are 1 or 2 blocks, then it changes. Traveling around the outskirts of Tacoma is like driving around the world in a couple of hours, not 80 days. lol
