I doubt Buddha talked about "success" or "stress". His teachings were and are in line with the highly spiritual and deep purpose of Buddhism, which is to escape the sufferings of Samsara. Buddhism can hardly be understood well without understanding the basic concepts of Buddha's teaching. These quotes can be very useful though. @@supriyawagh5341 No it isn't. It is only difficult the first time. When you succeed the first time time, you will be more confident. If you fail, you may feel bad. But don't stop trying. This is a lesson to be learnt as a part of maturing. You cannot please everyone, but you can maintain good relations with people who truly care for you. The trick is to identify them correctly and deal accordingly.

With all my respect to Buddhist quotes, no huma can be genuinely positive 24/7. Its just unrealistic. Those who push it on others are most lijely fake or toxic positivity mental abusers /mental cases. Ive met zillion of those. I accept my low moments and letting my frustration out cleanses me. And i move past that and on. But i never ever force myself to stay positive or strong 100%of the time. I live myself too much to let that happen. Peace
