Just got it ! Was looking for B&O earbud but the sales person recommend this to me instead. I'm skeptical at first because of the name but changed my mind the moment I put them on... Totally game changer for the price offered. Highly recommended!
Just purchased this after your review on the ANC performance which I find actually more accurate than the other reviews I have seen as I travel on the train a lot. I own a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3, so have been comparing the ANC performance of both, and I must say this is a steal. Only complaint I have is the touch controls can be a bit hit and miss but nothing major.
Great video Sean! Can't wait for you to review the FIIL CC, I have ordered them myself and I'm really excited. Scarbir gave them a great rating, so I hope they're as good as he makes them out to be.
Thanks for the great review Sean! Been picking up on your channel as one of the better ones. Hope it grows much! Just a quick question. Between these or edifier nb2, which would you prefer?
Hey there. Thank you so much! They are actually both really good earbuds. The tronsmart have slightly better ANC and better controls. But the Edifier is also a solid piece. So lastly it boils down to which design you like better. 😄
Hi Sean, love your work. Thanks for the video. Do you have any recommendation for TWS that has ANC and are able to connect to 2 device simultaneously? Many thanks
Hi Sean, been watching a lot of your videos recently, great reviews. Quick question, which would you say has better call quality? The Apollo Bold or the Edifier TWS NB2?
Hello there. Thanks for supporting the channel. I would give the edge to the apollo bold. Does better in noisy environment. The NB2 is great all rounder but calls is not its strong suit
Great video as always. So which would be the most value for money choice between this Apollo and the even cheaper Mpow X3? (In terms of anc quality, sound quality and size/fit/comfort)
Thanks bro. I would go with the Apollo Bold if you have the budget. It's a much much better build. And it's a proper ANC earbuds. But if you just need a casual pair to get by, i think the Mpow is pretty good too.
Awesome review bro How would you compare the sound signature to Tronsmart spunky beat? Also , how many hours battery are you getting with 70% volume and ANC turned on?
Such a great earphone. Better then my galaxy buds in sooo many ways you won't believe. Why doesn't it have much publicity over galaxy buds I don't understand. Rich RU-vidrs just reviewing what the hype goes. They are not really a tech person like they used to be man.
Hi Sean, would you consider this as part of the top picks under $100? Is the clarity okay (not muffled by bass?) BTW, thanks for reviewing! This is the 2nd time I found your review to be the quickest!
Thank you for all the thorough and well structured reviews of earbuds! I have been finding them very helpful! How would you say these compare to the earfun free pro?
Thank you for supporting the channel. I would say the free pro is just a tad better in ANC. But I would say the Apollo Bold has got really good audio performance. Honestly with music, ambient noise is pretty much cut off on both.
@@SeanTalksTech thank you! I am more interested in the ANC...as I have destroyed my ears with loud music and have hearing loss and tinnitus in both (I wish I was more aware of the damage I can cause when I was blasting my headphones or going to loud music places without earplugs), I want to have good ANC so that I can keep a healthy volume level in a noisy environment like a train for example. I would expect the Apollos with the hybrid ANC to perform better than the earfun free pro, so thank you for the information that ANC is better on the earfun free pro.
I think they are different earbuds as in one has emphasis on ANC. But sound performance wise, I'll recommend going for the liberty 2 pro for more flexibility in EQ adjustment. If u want ANC. Then this one is great.
Great review, thanks. Do you find Qualcomm TS plus improves latency further than ‘standard’ aptX LL? Were you able to test with a corresponding BT source? Many thanks in advance, Dan.
Soundpeats sounds better because of the multi driver, it has a separate driver pumping out clearer mids and highs and one for bass. This is good too, just i wished it had better clarity.
@@SeanTalksTech thanks so much for responding! Your videos are awesome. A couple other things: where would you rank the soundpeats in terms of sound quality amongst your favorite buds on your channel?
Thanks so much for this, Sean! I was waiting for this and I just knew you'd do one. How's the transparency mode? Is the fit okay despite its size? Mic sounds heaps and bounds better than the onyx free. The $100 price tag is tempting with all the features!
Hey there! Thanks for dropping by! Transparency mode is great, it does pump in some of that ambient noise, but if your music is loud, it doesn't amplify ambient sound. Fit is subjective, but for me they fit perfectly well, i had to swap out to the larger eartips for this, and I'm usually a medium guy. 😄 and they seriously improved so much on the call quality.
i ordered the Mpow X3's and it took 3 months to deliver to my address... and i got my hands on them, loved them used for 2 days and one of my siblings dropped the right earbud and it stopped functioning.. no sound at all..sad :/, never letting anyone touch my earbuds from now on lol, so im thinking of buying these... theyre currently 30% off at Banggood and i think thats a great deal..hopefully these ones arrive soon.. says it will take a week to delivery hopefully they stick by that statement.
Hi! Love your reviews for this earphone. I just received this earphone two days ago. I think it sounds great and I really like it! But is it normal when the earbuds are placed inside the case it will make a sound when the case is shaken?
I think these sounds pretty decent with nice features for a $100 pair of ANC buds but the ANC is horrible. At least on mine. While it did work, it was about a 10% reduction in sound level.
Hey there, thanks for sharing. Try getting the right fit eartips. One of the key to ANC is that seal. Secondly try to twist the earbuds in until you get a good fit and you feel that seal. 😄 let me know if that works out because from my experience they are pretty good.
How long does battery last around 80% with ANC? Also how many recharges does the case have? Has anybody had battery issues with these? Because on the Tronsmart they promised 7 hours and I got 3.5hrs
Hi Sean, would you choose this over Soundcore Liberty Air 2? Comparing these two, they both have almost the same features except Apollo Bold have ANC while the SLA2 doesnt. And right now both are in sale, for the SLA2 (RM360), while for the Apollo Bold (RM417). I dont mind on spending more as long it is worth the value. Looking forward for your suggestion, thanks!
Okok thanks for the input. I'll consider. Cuz when filming macro, need a lot of lights. Haha my lights are already at 100% 😝 maybe i need more lights 😖💸
Hi, need your suggestion between this and galaxy buds plus. My main concern is for call quality, sounds quality (clarity & bass) and features. Im using note 10 + and planning to get buds plus. But i saw your vid on this. Mind to share your opinion? Thx.
Hi, for anc and sound quality can u rank the 4 earbuds from best to worst. Tronsmart apollo bold Soundpeats t2 Sony wf-sp800n Fill t1 pro. If u have any recommendations you can also write, thank u
To compare sabbat e12 ultra with this stuff? Who is more have bass and clarity. I'm know everyone excited about anc, it's doesn't matter to say it 😂 for me i like tws to produce vocal clear and trible
Icic. Haha yea ANC is more if you have a need for it. If you want clarity, I would recommend either the KZ S2 or the new Truengine 3 SE. Those multi driver earbuds will be excellent at bass and clarity. 😄
Hey there, they don't stay in my ears that securely, i think the ergonomics is best if you're not moving about too much, don't think it'll hold up if there's lots of movement. 😄
Both are really great sounding Earbuds. You'll get good bass with both but You'll get a nicer touch in clarity with the 3SE. But benefits of the Apollo bold is the ANC. So if you need ANC, the Apollo Bold is a superb choice. 😁🔥
@@TheSumitsetia in reviews talking about good loudness for soundpeats se 3 so i am confused... Some problem with volume is for lg phones with ("volume secure fuse") so whitch brand do you have? 🙂
@@TheSumitsetia do try to bump up the volume on the earbuds and also max out your phone. It should have independent volume controls. But this also depends on phone though.
Ooh to your question, truengine 3 se sounds better for me because it has better clarity. Tronsmart is better in everything else, and there is an app launching soon. But clarity wise, not as good as multi driver earbuds.
@@SeanTalksTech thank you so much but which is better overall? Also between edifier tws nb2 vs tronsmart onyx ace vs tronsmart apollo bold which is the best?
hi just wanted to ask, can u wear these for long without feeling fatigue? does it stay in ur ear when exercising? and lastly how do uk the battery life of the case and the earbuds?
I'll go with the apollo bold if I'm looking for ANC, if ANC is not that critical for you, i would go with the Truengine3se because of the better clarity 😄
Can someone explain how they have a latency problem with a flagship qualcomm qcc 5124 chipset? others with qcc 3020 dont have this problem. somehow confusing 🤔🤔
Thanks for the great review. Would you consider to have a look at Sonicgear TWS 7 given they are doing launching promo right now? Would love to see how they fare against Soundpeats Truengine 3 SE.
I really like the fit of the NB2. These are great, and have a better control scheme but the size is slightly on the bigger side. Sound wise they are equally impressive, and for ANC, you'll be happy with the performance of both 😄
Hi bro kalau saya ade budget bawah rm500 nk anc yang mana ye best. Nak yang anc best dan kurang latecy. Peninglah sama ade nak realme buds, Oppo enco, anker, joyroom atau ini
I'll recommend 2 good ones, this apollo bold is great, another good one is the Edifier tws NB2. Both have good anc and sound fantastic. Kalau nak gaming latency bagus, go with the Edifier TWS NB2
anc performance is not good, music quality is good, especially bass and treble are very good, but unfortunately, it's back from the jabra series as anc
I am 1 click away to buy these but i am also considering : Soundcore Liberty 2 pro SoundPEATS Truengine 3 SE Fiil T1X 20 decebel Would you recommend the tronsmarts over the mentions up or are there any better TWS earbuds considering audio quality under 125 dollars price ?
I can only comment on the FIIL T1X, I got them and returned them because the case was big, but that wasn’t the main issue, I don’t know if it was just my set, but they had background static which was terrible for quiet music and when paused
Haven't tried the galaxy buds for call quality myself but these ones are clear on the other end. I own a pair of soundpeats truengine 3 which a lot of people complained about even in quiet environments, but no issue with this one.
I would say the T5 might be a better option. I've personally not tested it, but i believe in ear is most of the time better than Airpods style if you want some bass. If bass if not too important, then go with the Tronsmart Onyx Ace as that one is tested and proven to be awesome😄
For me, they do sit pretty firmly in my ears. I do abit of jumping and they stay on well. But everyone's ears are different so you need to try to know 😄
I think this is very close to be almost lag free when gaming, but as you can see from the test, still a little lag. Much better than the Truengine 2 though. 😄
@@SeanTalksTech thanks for tour great review! I Just Need ti know f the multipoint Is parte of the Bt 5.0 do you hink that they Will add this feuture with the OTA UPDATES?
They have a app that allows you to change select come Equalizer presets so you can eliminate the bass that way. However the bass is not the muddy type of bass but it's the rumble type and quite clean as well. There is noticeable recess on the bass when you turn off ANC or ambient as well. Hope that helps.

Hi Sean, I’ve just got the Mpow X3s based on your review and I’m really happy with them. I was looking at these as well but there wasn’t really any reviews. In your opinion, would you return the X3s and get the Apollo Bold instead?? They are almost double the price I payed for the X3s, so do you think it’s worth it?? Thanks
@@ImranHussain-bs2bl ooh yea I would if I could. They are in a different league. The X3 is great, but this is feels so much better. ANC performance wise is better too. Of cuz the seal is important too.😄🔥
