I found a bigger body of the ajax laundry detergent in the 5$ section of my dollar tree and I like it like the smaller one from Walmart it's my go to stain treatment cuz its so liquidy I put in a spray bottle
I really wish more people reviewed and compared the mid tier detergents. Specifically All (regular scent), Gain, Purex, and Arm & Hammer. I'd love to see a review comparing these specific brands head to head.
@@thecleanpsycho yeah it seems like Henkel has really stripped the All brand. It seems like only the Free & Clear All is the only one that gets any attention. I miss the other scents that All used to have back in the day before Henkel bought it.
Thanks for the review! Inflation killing us out here and while I love my Gain, my pockets are ready to try something cheaper that can get the job done.
Hello I have gone on this journey to try laundry detergents typically found in Mexico 123, FOCA, Ariel, Zote (Liquid). Any thoughts on these? I used FOCA but the powder with good results.
I have never tried to Zote Liquid but Foca and Ariel are okay. Ariel is really good in my experience so I’d recommend it the most out of the group because according to my stain test it does very well. Foca powder and liquid are just okay. If your clothes don’t get very dirty they can work well.
Normally I use 1/4 a cup but that is because I have a top load washer machine. Even though it's HE, it still uses more water than a front loader. I would use 2 tablespoons if it was a front loader and see how it does. I haven't used it in a front loading washer machine so you would have to be careful. Also, I honestly wouldn't recommend it for HE front loaders because if it causes any issue such as clogging components in the machine, it could void your warranty if you don't use HE detergent. Lastly, with all powder detergent I do a second rinse cycle. Just to make sure it all rinses away. With my specific washer machine model I have never had an issue with any powered detergent dissolving but I am aware that other people with other machines have had issues with powder detergent completely dissolving so I would recommend adding a second rinse cycle. Hope this helps.
