None in cebu. Good restaurants though for ala carte dining i.e Bun bo hue at Phat Pho, anything from O George, eggs benedict at Abaca, anything at Banri, mains at Tamps but not their cakes ,to name a few! Unless you just want quantity?

You might get more subscribers if you includes the price information.
