BEST Build for Going FAST - Poison Blade Vortex Assassin League Start Guide - Path of Exile 3.14 

Just a heads up to anyone attempting this build - leave flame dash at level 15 unless you have a surplus of Int. You don't have the int to support it and it doesn't scale much anyway. You'll need about 20 more int from your tree or from items than this PoB includes to be able to use cold iron points. Obliterations require a lot more. He kind of glosses over the Despair on rings bit but reliably applying despair makes up a significant chunk of the build's damage against regular enemies. Rings work well, but you can also get despair on hit as a corrupted implicit on gloves - hands of the high templar are a common option once the league has progressed a bit. Impresence amulet also works while supporting despair with blasphemy for free - a potentially cheaper (at least after a week or two in league) but less efficient method than using curse on hit items. Something to notice - your chance to poison actually falls to 95% without Coralito's active in this build so you should look out for a [5% chance to poison, 8% poison duration] modifier on one of your jewels to compensate - not too hard to find. Lastly, the PoB shows 12 stacks of wither - you won't be able to achieve this with just withering step as far as I know, as it only applies 6, meaning the dps calculation is about 2m too high. Wither is another great way to scale damage if struggling against bosses - check out wither totem setups if you're interested. Enjoy the league!

Ive spent many hours and exalts on my summoner this league, the first build ive managed to get to endgame with.. And I am blown away at how cheap and effective this one is compared to it.. Right out of the box without even an exalt of gear It is able to clear low red maps (without even unlocking all of the ascendancies!) I saved up a few exalts from your heist guide(also very useful to people needing currency without great endgame gear) to gear up for this, and didn't need to break a single one of them. Thanks for making this incredibly difficult game that much easier bigducks, peace.

I used this instead of the TR/CA build i used last season and its a total gamechanger. You can literally sprint through maps so fast. Thanks for the great guide man. First full league will go well thanks to this :)

Alright, poison is getting a fat buff for 3.15. Thoughts on it with flasks and support changes in mind?

Hey i was using this build for magic find in standard..but i suggest few damage upgrades.. Use impresence amulet for free despair blasphemy setup. And use blasphemer grasp gloves for more DOT. ( Can corrupted for temp chains on hit nd go whispers doom too) Wat u think on this damage upgrades?

Hi Big Ducks, with the announcement of the assassin nerfs for 3.15 would it be possible to get a similar PoB for pathfinder instead of assassin? do you think the damage is comparable or not even close?

What about spell echo supporting blade vortex? Or maybe faster casting? For one less poison-related gem. I found myself spamming blade vortex too much, sucking more mana and sometime dying because of the cast taking too long. I will be taking more spell duration in the tree, but I was wondering what's your opinion on using either spell echo or faster casting

Question you have 4 red gem slots but aside from empower. but 5 Red gems, Increase duration, enduring cry, Fortify, Immortal call and cast when damage taken. which one do i lay off? (currently lvl 70)

how is your enduring cry instant? the keystone for that is nowhere near our passive tree. What other source of the Call to Arms keystone do you have?

Hello, I have a question as I am quite newbie when it comes to game mechanics. There's a potion in this build called "Coralito's Signature", and one of its mods says "Your critical striked do not deal extra damage during flask effect". Why would we pick suggested keystones that increase critical strike multiplier then? Isnt it like that extra damage from critical strikes will be erased with the potion? Besides that question which bothers me, the build is awesome, thanks!

Love the video - found a couple of questions, is the Rotgut quicksilver flask any good on this build? Is there an easy way to add frenzy? Cluster jewels? Also, with the cluster jewel, for one extra point you can get a large jewel slot at the bottom, who’s entry nodes give 8% evasion rating instead of the 4% projectile speed and I don’t think anything on the build counts as a projectile so would this make any difference?

Why did you go into energy shield but you went into acrobatics which takes away from that purpose?

Hallo im new to poe, first of all nice Guide! But i do have some Questions, where did u put the Vaal Blade Vortex and how did u manage to get it linked up with 4 supports ? Personally i first thought u did put it in the gloves to get the Vile toxins but i was wrong and can't really figure it out. Bests

Correct me if I am wrong, careful putting Aspect of Spider on boots since it will be effected by the socketed skill gems right? IIRC for example it could make it cost too much. Is that still a thing?

Whats a good way to get some good wands in acts? +1 all physical is like 80 alteration on average. Maybe its good idea to just pick up all magic items for those?

updates for 3.15 pls? Too many changes for my pidgeon brain to adjust for. All I know is Plague Bearer doesn't need support gems and went untouched. It was good before it should be better now.

At level 91, is there a suggestion for getting tankier? The damage is absolutely insane but on rare occasions get 1 shot. What do you suggest?

I dont think i will go for it this time bcause of less aoe, less uptime besides less dmg and another assassin nerf...still was pretty ok when i did it.

Level 93 with this build on t16 maps. Feels extremely awful even with the "expensive" gear set on, super squishy where I'm dying in one shot.

Is it good on console ??? There no problems with it on console???

does quality matter at all on the daggers? in the pob i see the dps increase but ingame the ''physical damage'' doesnt go up at all.

does increased skill effect duration lenghten the time it takes plague bearer to run out of stacks while infecting?? is there any way to increase the duration of it say by empower? or will it loose stacks at the same rate even if empower is on there since its a fixed percentage loss per tick and only the damage will increase by having a higher initial stack...?

Yep... You might want to change Cinderswallow out. Just tried it out and you do not ignite at all if you have Cold Point Irons Equipped. Easily noticeable when I switched off of Cold Point Irons to random rares when I do ignite, where you can see the ignite effect on the corpse.

There's one thing I fail to figure out from the path of building pastebin thingy - what gems are you supposed to slot into cold iron points? Anyone mind answering me this?

any tips on how to get to dodge cap? my purify sab dies a lot so dodge/evasion characters make me not want to play them.
