If you bought protein (chicken, fish, beef) with gravy but it isn't enough you can ask for extra gravy even different curry mixes. If you bought fried chicken/fish & rice you can also ask them to add mixed curry to the rice.

Haven’t seen backpack travelers for so long. There used to be more in the old days. Now most tourists come in with nice suitcases. 😂 Anyway, capsule hotels are great in West Malaysia. If you go a little outskirts, cheap hotels and homestays. If you go to East Malaysia, backpacker taverns are the best choice. Alternatively, carry a tent. There are so many campsites (forests as well as beaches) with good facilities in Malaysia. That will keep your travelling costs low. Take the train/MRT/LRT closest to your destination and take a Grab from there.

@@Ramosrudyy well… 😁 Now most tourists stay in air bnb in the heart of city centre and care much more on how wonderful the infinity pools are. So many of them do that route of content, that it becomes a cliche. It’s a breath of fresh air to see guys like you with backpacks and stay at capsule hotels. To each is its own I guess. But this type of travelling feels more authentic than the Instagramable. For camping sites, there is no list per se. Google the location of interests first, and see if there is any campsites nearby. Read reviews and look at the photos if they meet your expectations, importantly the amenities like clean toilets/showers. Other than that, embrace being travellers.. sometimes we locals also hate how things are run. 😂

12:23 you can always ask for extra curry..its usually If you see the dishes displayed on open containers like that, you can just pick and choose your dishes..maybe mix and match with different curries for variety of taste. The shop will charge based on the protein or vege only. If you like indian food, you can try banana leaf meal where the rice and dishes are spread on banana leaf..very popular meal in Malaysia

@@Ramosrudyy It means the banana leaf is your plate over here. Indian restaurant. The masala dosa you had was at a "mamak" shop. You should give it a try. It's good.

@@Ramosrudyy that is more like Chinese dish, but wrapped with bamboo leaves normally - also available here as we're very diverse.. Malay version also available called ketupat, wrapped with palm leaves..mostly plain sticky rice but can also find with bean filling. Plain version is eaten with curry or rendang During weekend I suggest you to visit the night market for many more food! Just search for Semua House and the market starts around that area..and it's 1km long stretch of market

Backpacking tip: try to get a camping tent, that ways u could explore rural but beautiful area, with less cost. Imagine the seas, river, waterfall, mountain that u guys could enjoy.

Yes... because our Malaysia's weather nowadays will easily change instantly....early in the morning is quite hot, but in the afternoon it's getting cloudy and suddenly raining in the evening...🥰🤣. But of course whatever it is....I love the weather of my lovely country, Malaysia sooo much....👍👍👍🤲🤲😍

KL is suitable for walking at night but this area is a bit off-dated if you go to Bukit Bintang Pavillion or KLCC you will see many tourists enjoying the night atmosphere

You don't have to buy water from the shops, they're expensive. Keep empty drinking bottle and watch out for mineral water vending machine. Ask around from someone for the nearest location of the machine. It's just 10 to 20 malaysian cents ¢ to fill up about 1 litre bottle. Eating even 5 of that chicken or beef burgers is much less expensive than what you had in that Indian restaurant (RM32).😆🙃😅 But you have to get coins for it. Change it in any shop.
