Let’s I will add more advantages over ZWO system. First, perfectly perpendicular sensor leading to no tilt. This is essential for high end scopes with superior focusers. Second, filter wheel spin in exactly the same position and this allows flats to do their job in more precise way. Third, light leak into camera doesn’t exist. Fourth, sensor is produced in Japan. Not Malaysia, not Vietnam or China, but in Japan by Sony. Taken together these points contribute to sharpness, which is especially visible for long FL. Better SNR. Almost twice!

I'm planning to buy the C3-26000PRO with Enhanced cooling, so even on warm summer nights I will be able to have a -20C sensor temperature for very low dark noise. And superb, on my request, last july, they also started producing a new M-Sized external filterwheel for 10 Chroma filters 36mm I will be using, as I prefer to use the large M68 OAG. I've been told the new filterwheel will be available around the end of this month (nov 2023) in the shop and some prototypes are being tested at this moment. Really looking forward to get these superb components !

Also owner of an OSC Moravian C1x 26000 what model of filter wheel, adaptator and OAG did you choose with your camera ? The website isn't very clear. Does the OAG fit with ZWO camera like the ASI mini 120 ? With the M48 OAG it seems there is a a small penalty of light vignetting. Have you seen it ? Thanks for the answer and nice job

I showed my interest in this camera and made an inquiry at their website. Unfortunately Moravian does not have the decency to reply to my request for information. So be it. If this is typical for Moravian, I give it a pass then.

This is not how I experience them. They care deeply about the customers, but sometimes IT wise they are a big chaotic... I did send them a message - hope they come back to you!

I am in a conversation with Moravian. They state that the IMX571 sensor mono version is not available at consumer quality (?) hence only industial quality camera is available. Sacha, you state in your video where you justify your purchase, that the price difference with the ZWO camera is only 10% But I see €3190 versus €4.548. That is a bit more than 10%.

I am very close to put the order for this camera. However, how does it perform in NINA? You are a avid NINA user I understand.

@@ariebakx There is no issue with NINA. At the very start I had some hassles to find the right ASCOM drivers on their homepage, but this was a 10min issue and since then it works perfectly.
