Also Into the Void, King of the Swamp, Treeborn Frog, 1 Gozuki, Nobleman of Extermination, Void Trap Hole, Trifortessops, Gaia Plate the Earth Giant (for fossil deck), and Dark World Dealings
9:33 This reminded me of back when Wildheart + power of the guardians was a thing. Not even treach or drowning could stop that menace. I even spent a dream ticket on Mage Power back then just to give it a try. Funny times 😂
Spent my first few on Wrath and Gozuki (Didn't love seeing it in the recent Pick-Up Box), have enough staples that I've been rounding out some older fun strats I wasn't around for like Monarchs and Gem Knight OTK
Depends on which tickets😅😅😅 If you have the "event" SR tickets and you're running XYZ, I suggest XYZ Import it steals opponents monsters and adds them as an XYZ Material. If maybe you would like a characters Duel Reward monster as a Prismatic card, you may also do that. There's also a Hero Trap card that "Halves Attack" on any monster because it doesn't target😅
Yeah the regular event tickets that give you that weird selection of UR and SR cards. not dream tickets. Anything else? i have like 10 of those. I think red eyes insight was there so anybody wanting to do the red eyes deck should get 3 of those.
Yes, but also nowadays (for the last couple weeks at least) if you enter an invite code you get a blue eyes starter deck that comes with 3 floodgate trap hole, which is how i got it. Fantastic promotion, it’s supposed to be you invite somebody and then when they get to level 7 you both get the starter deck. I started a new account so i was able to do it, so sorry if you’re not new i don’t know if it works any longer.
The main issue I see with Divine Wrath is that Ultimate Providence exists, a full set of 3 can be obtained easily from Structure Decks, and it's the Counter Trap I'd rather play in a typical deck with balanced ratios of Monsters, Spells, and Traps.
@@GhostEagleOfficial On a side note, why is Champion's Vigilance still Limited? The Red-Eyes Zombie format that put it on the list was *years* ago! It's time they got over it. IMO, they have no excuse after adding Evolzar Laggia to the game.
😅That card can negate anything 😅 Meanwhile the character skills that let you summon any Normal monsters 😅 Just summon and set? Set 3 negates or flood traps? That's why. They need to Unlimit Giant Trunade/Hey Trunade 😅@@dauntless0711
Now if only that discard cost could be circumvented. Too bad we, the players, don't have access to Guiding Ariadne. It's in the game, been so since Arv-V release by NPCs.
Very good, what about galaxy cyclone? the secondary use might be kinda difficult to use against some decks but i love how you get to use it twice (plus i think the art is incredible!!)
@@GhostEagleOfficial Its funny you say this because I actually used your 2023 gem guide as reference when I was learning to make videos. So lol I guess Im also a big fan.
@@cuchutrain I'm flattered, you make some of the best content in the community and I envy your ability to explain the game in such an understandable and entertaining way, keep doin your thing 😁
Duel Links really needs to change up some stuff with their boxes. Box Chips Is a good solution but the cards are so old that barely any of them are any good now a days, they also need to give us box chips as common as they give out those useless coins, gate keys, and jewels. Only solution I can provide is make older boxes cheaper permenately, give out Dream tickets more often, or crafting. Also wouldn't be a bad idea if you could have some way to spend more gems but secure the card you want in a box. I'd rather pay 500 gems for one card than spend 4000 gems just to get one card and 200 useless N and R rarity cards
@@YTChannel420 Cards, the Universe, and Everything. It is a curious game that is in ways between all we know and its own odd thing. The devs actually pay attention to input and they continue to make it better, but they do have a power creep issue making many cards totally obsolete. They have a couple duel options that can bring them back out but there are a fair number that could be tweaked, and some that could be better on theme. The beauty of the game is the cards have information about the subject of the card itself, so people learn as they gain cards and play. They even embedded clues to special cards to craft and special codes to redeem in the entries, and the humor is NERDY TO THE MAX! The complexity in setting up strategies with the myriad cards will surprise you. It is like YGO and MTG and more while again being its own thing. Wanna know the sort of nerds they are? There is a special combo when you play Petunia with Sperm Whale. There you go. Ohhhh but wait, THERE'S MORE.
Thanks to Konami making cards available with chips means I can make White Night Dragon turbo a thing. Meta decks, shiver yer knickers! Nobut really Konami gave me that card as my free Prisma and I am still mad about it😂😂😢
floodgate i think is good but if you do have crackdown or idp or 1 of each you don't really need multiple copies, for me that's what i do with 1 each of them if I'm running trap cards
for me i have pretty much all of the staples from these old boxes besides floodgate trap hole which is unnecessary when i have other limit 3s and drowning mirror force bc battle trap, so i have been using my chips to build dark worlds since pretty much everything outside of Grapha is available with these and I've always kind of wanted to play that deck and if we ever start getting Danger! it will feel really fun to play those together
Great video. Very helpful. I love playing duel links. Yes it is hard to get cards and the gatcha factor is higher than in master duel but it is still more playable on a larger scale than master duel. There is a back and forth in duel links on a bigger scale than master duel. I can play both games but I prefer a more friendly and back and forth game. Duel links is for me.
I have to give credit to a couple of the more niche cards that can pop up in decklists now and in the future. - Dark World Dealings: both players draw 1, discard 1. Discards for effect to trigger cards like Lunalights and Shaddolls, and can get you info on your opponent. Also sees play in Fossil fusion decks. Otherwise is an ok consistency card. - Painful Decision: Foolish a vanilla to add a monster with the same name. Sees play in Suship and will likely see play in Sunavalon when we get that deck. - Void Trap Hole is another one of the good traps that can get mess up certain boss monsters. Leo Dancer gets summoned? Cute, but I’ll negate that destruction immunity and destroy it. While it doesn’t deserve to be limit 3, and doesn’t see as much play as the cards in the video, whenever it does get flipped, it always hurts.
Love these type of videos I make sure I always like and comment on them I love how you be serious with the rankings and everything! Definitely would love to see more of these types in the future thanks so much ❤
Konami has also recently been halving the prices of really old boxes usually during sales to give players easier access to the cards at a cheaper price.
Yeah they've done it for a few years now, in that video I referenced I made the argument it should always be like that. Not sure where I stand on that now, but the half off sale is a life saver fs
@jonathansoriano3568 Definitely the best deck box I've ever had, makes me wanna go to locals again and get my ass kicked for trying to play Blackwings in 2024 😅
@@GhostEagleOfficial sorry it took me so long but it was a Galaxy eyes full armor d but I wasnt getting on latter I just wanted to get play kite against the raid guy
