Nice Vlog on career planning. I fully agree with your advice that we shouldn't impose our wish lists on our children rather we should try to identify their traits and aptitudes. Once this process is done then we need to keep on encouraging and supporting the children in their career choices. A child's growth is just like the growth of a small plant in your home garden. As you daily take care of your plant, protect it from harsh weather, weeding. Make sure it gets all that is needed for it's growth such as light, air, water, nutrients, space etc. Your continuous care with the Blessings of Allah Subbanah one day brings the best results for you as your home garden beauties with the presence of a wonderful tree.
