Best catch and cook of 2023 

Bruce and I took the Hurricane out of Port Canaveral in hopes of putting some dinner on the table. Ride out was choppy and a little tough on the body. Caught enough rod benders to make me sleep well that evening.
kept 2 triggerfish and prepared them with a recipe I picked up from youtuber "Cooking with Cady" I was lucky enough to have a fresh batch of honey courtesy of Bruce who harvested the honey from his own hives.
