In this video, I show you my favorite chair for sitting with back pain. I've had lower back pain and thoracic outlet syndrome(TOS) for many years now and it makes sitting difficult. Buy these Cosco folding chairs here. amzn.to/2qNXiRE
Lol! I love these chairs too! They are so much more comfortable on my back than any other chair! Whenever we have company over I make sure to snag one of the old folding chairs. Everyone thinks I’m just being polite!
Will have to check those chairs out. In bed as I’m writing now with 12x18 inch flexible ice pad for my lower back. Have had 3 cervical surgeries & fusions and lumbar/sacral areas are all messed up. Doc said whole spine was bad. Feels like an inferno. Have had several ablations in the nerves at each worse level as Medicare apparently won’t pay for any more than four levels. Then add on not allowing my docs to write pain medication & forcing people to pain clinics. Why would anyone pay yet another doc plus extra painful time getting dressed & traveling to & from all their appointments. A friend of my husband went to a pain clinic last week for lower back pain & they told him he’d have to go to ALL their counseling sessions on coping with pain, plus whatever treatment they say to do and they wouldn’t give him the medication that his other doctor was giving him saying they (pain clinic) always want to try lower dose & then increase if needed. The guy said he told the pain clinic doc he won’t be back. Today was 1st time I actually wondered what’s the point in existing like this. I do believe God is merciful & I know He has a great plan for my life. Some moments just seem to be more difficult to comprehend how this existence is adding any value. I’m grateful to have found people like you that understand what 24/7 pain is like & then don’t pass judgment on “why aren’t you doing anything today?” May God continue to keep you in His care & Thanh you for speaking out for chronic pain sufferers. Still thinking about that crockpot roast you made. You make each meal look so easy to do. Take care.
Sitting up straight plus the opening for your coccyx not to have pressure helps me too. I do have a recliner I lay in sometimes that is okay for an hour or so.
.My back fused itself. I like that chair too. Is'nt it funny how most chairs are built for style, not comfort.I am 52 25 years back and neck pain.I am also super good lookin like you so people don't understand.
