Thanks for demonstrating what a pain it would be for me to set up a chair in the style like the King Camp chair. I need a chair I can put up and down quickly for short picnics/dog park (senior woman here). I was tempted to get a Big Agnes chair as they're tall (easy to get out of) and look really comfortable. But, for quick trips to the dog park they look like too much work. Would be good for camping in the same spot for a few days, though, then it would be worth wrestling it into submission. Really appreciate your video. Thanks again.
I just bought 2 of these kingcamp chairs because of this review and I’m returning them because they squeeze your shoulders inward. Got them because of the armrest but not worth keeping they are not comfortable. My wife and I are still looking for a comfortable folding chair light weight with armrests. Does anyone know of a such thing?
Sorry to hear, didn’t effect me that way at all. Maybe because I’m a shorter guy, but since the top narrows I can see how that may happen to people with taller torsos
These types of folding chairs are not for everyone. Especially these type that you have to take out of the carrying bag. Then try to figure out how to put it together. Sounds like you might be better off with those pre-assembled foldable chairs. That all you have to do is, pull it out of the carrying bag and pull it open. And then sit down and enjoy whatever it is you like to do.
