@@ackroyd11 not sure if it's possible to update the software on these older units sadly. It could definitely do with it as they are looking dated now. I've looked at options to do it using my OBDeleven, but there's no downloadable content available. I think some owners swap out for the 510 unit, think it has car play which is a newer style interface once u connect ur mobile. If I see any info on a possible software update, I'll definitely feature it as I'll be keen to do it to mine 👍🏻

I agree with the metal valve caps but just a note if the tyre place isn't replacing your valves when they change the tyres they are actually risking your life and I think there is legal requirements too here in the UK Also even though its not illegal a rear wiper delete is a stupid idea as most off you cant reverse to save your lives any way and if you cant clear the rear window for rain etc you need a slap.
Yeah the tyre place had to replace all 4 valves in the end for me, with new plastic caps fitted, so that was my lesson learned, and money wasted on the metal ones 🙈 I don't see the harm in rear wiper deletion, but it's not a necessity. My rear window is ceramic coated, so water/rain just runs off. I maintain the car cleanliness, and take my time when reversing. I drove a transit van with no rear windows for a year, and still found reversing with no window, very straight forward. Awareness of surroundings is key. Cheers for watching and commenting mate 👍🏻
I did wrap them but over time the vinyl started to peel and look a bit 💩 so I had mine hydrodipped by JH Hydro's. Definitely 10x better than any wrap, looks OEM 👌🏻 I'm not sure if I've shown them much in my recent videos, possibly the custom steering wheel video.

Hey Liam, my front ones are 700mm long & 43mm wide, the back ones are 450mm long and a tapered shape starting again at the widest point from 45mm. (The shape of the rear sills require a tapered shape) hope that helps 👍🏻

I looked into it, and supposedly the mirror down option will be there across a wide range of VAG cars, but only certain ones have the software to twist the mirror when required, hence why the MK2 Leon doesn't work sadly ☹️ there's a few things like that it seems. Hi. Spotted your videos recently. Just curious have you ever done a firmware update on the car radio? Mine is a RNS 315. Not sure what is in your Cupra.
Hey how's it going? No I haven't updated the firmware, yeah it's a 315. Most I've done is the sat Nav with an SD card twice over its 10 year life. Is there a way to do it? Is does feel very dated nowadays.

@@marie82924 that sounds like a very good price. I wouldn't know the exact value of it, but it's a very well equipped car you have. There's websites online, like 'parkers' that should be able to give you a free, estimated 2nd hand price for it.
The whole surround with all the buttons, lifts out and then u an remove all the buttons then stretch some carbon vinyl over the piece of plastic. A nice sharp knife then to trim around the edges and holes 👍🏻
For value for money, I'd say a stage 1 remap is best to go for 1st, and if u can get together a bit more cash then add an induction kit and exhaust system. Stage 1 remap £300-400 Induction kit + exhaust £1000 upwards If u want more power still, then if it's a turbo powered engine, an intercooler, and high pressure fuel pump. Ah sorry, my misunderstanding. Yep, you can buy an interior set of bulbs for the Leon from Jamie on his 'Little moore Lighting' Facebook page. He does loads of different LEDs for the Leon's, and should have a kit for you 👍🏻
There is certain bulbs that are 'error free' bulbs with built in resistors. The link in the videos description to little Moore lighting is a good place to shop for them 👍🏻 he knows his stuff about the MK2's

I'm not too sure where you would find seat covers like that. I would probably check Google and Amazon, but personally I think it's best to save a little bit longer and try to get 2nd hand seats that someone might be selling, that are half or full leather. Sadly aftermarket seat covers (unless made by the actual car manufacturer) never fit very well, or look like real seats. Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.

Salut, mes protecteurs de seuil sont 3 éléments distincts. J'ai d'abord acheté un protecteur à effet carbone, puis j'ai juste cherché un autocollant cupra, puis un autocollant «R» et les ai mis ensemble. J'espère que cela aide d'une certaine manière, si vous êtes en mesure de les trouver individuellement.

Do you have xenon's? I don't have a dump valve, I have a GFB DV+ Diverter valve. These engines don't like dump valves as any excess boost needs recirculated into the engine. Depending on ur type of engine, a dump valve may be ok. Cheers for watching 👍🏻
Not too bad. My power supply is from the window switch in the door, and lights up when then red ambient lighting comes on. Then u just have to tuck it/press it neatly into the gap above the trim. Excess is tucked in out of sight behind the door card.

@@mmalutonboi ah I see, yeah if you have the upgraded clocks and the MFD is full size and fully functional, then it should work fine. Will be very similar to this on Carista, menus will be very similar, but all options should be the same (eg 'rest of world' etc) I need to get Carista so I can do videos for both versions.
