Here are a selection of the best checkouts so far from the 2019/20 William Hill World Darts Championship... Let us know your favourite from the tournament below 👇
My favourite checkouts out of all of those are Ricky Evans' 170 - the fastest I've seen, Adrian Lewis' 132, which was incredible, crazy stuff! Fallon Sherrock's 131 and also her 86 on the bullseye to knock Suljovic out and Chisnall's 161!
Main fave: Ricky Evans 170 to beat Mark McGeeney the fastest ever finish, at least 4 seconds. Other honorable mentions IMO: Mikuru Suzuki's 151 out against Richardson, Steve Beaton's 170 out against Kyle Anderson & Fallon Sherrock's 86 on the bull to KO Suljovic (that last shot netted me 90 quid at the bookies for a Fallon Sherrock win at 8-1 😊)
@@BlueHopi144 164 you can go two at the same treble. 161 you have to switch. So 167/161 are more impressive than 170/164. They're all obviously impressive to do on this stage though.
Yeah, I also love that crazy 50,50,32 checkout by Adrian Lewis 6:09. Or Ricky Evan's speedy 170 3:48. And it's funny how some English commentators say e.g. one-three-one as on Fallon's 131 checkout 5:00. A German never would say Eins-Drei-Eins to this, always the full number, in that case (Ein)hunderteinunddreißig (ein=one, at 100-199 you can leave it out); one hundred and thirty-one.
Sherrock just smashed... the glass ceiling. Not saying theres an agenda or anything goin on here but I somehow yearn old school dart with pints rather than water and cigs
Breaking news from pdc: due to several complaints from fellow dartists over the off putting effects of blinding shine from bald opponents leading to an unfair advantage, all skinheads will now be required to apply a layer of boot polish to their scalp before each match. However, when stage heat exceeds 25c leading to polish failure, opponents have the option of wearing sunglasses. Other rule changes for 2020 will be the trialling of nose plugs for odour from overheating "big" players and gas masks for referees. All silly prematch dance routines will also be restricted, for instance ,Peter Wright ,after members of the audience started nodding off. These restrictions do not apply to the bom bom girls or Dimitri van der berg. Also new health and safety regulations will require all venues to add extra stage supports if Adrian Lewis is due to play in the tournament. Yours sincerely pdc.
The one against Suljovic is okay. The ease at which she hits the Bull is good, but Lewis did it three times. Maybe he will take out 150 with a triple Bullseye soon...
If bull misses, then Sul can tie 2-2 with an easy chance at 35. Are you fucking serious? That one dart was the difference between a win or most likely a 2-2 tie. You're an idiot
Seriously why show Fallon hitting 36? You want women to be treated equal at the competition yet you keep acting surprised in your coverage of her, drag in a female commentator who has complete bias just because she’s female, have the crowd booing both of her opponents and even cheering when they miss(nobody has done anything to stop it) and now you’ve added her hitting a double to a high checkout montage? If you want to have women progress then Sky PLEASE stop being so fucking patronising and acting so surprised when they win. It should be treated as dart player against dart player yet all your commentary team and your coverage is giving Fallon extra special treatment which will perpetuate the way women are treated in the sport.
