Basmati rice 700 Gm
Salt To Taste
Oil 70 Ml
Onions 4 midium
Whole Spices
Fresh Coriander
Curd 150 Gm
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Degi Mirch powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumins Powder 1 tsp
Green Chilli 4 no
Fresh Mints
Desi Ghee 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1
Rose water 2 ml
saffron milk 50 ml

Wow amazing loved the biryani masala marination and also the basmati rice preparation its too good. Loved the steps and the way you explained the whole recipe.
