Here's a quick and easy chicken fry recipe for you:
Step 1: In a bowl, add 500 gms chicken.
Step 2: Add (1 Tsp)- garlic powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, red chili powder, black pepper powder, paprika/Kashmiri red chili powder, and salt.
Step 3: Add (1 Tbsp)- lemon juice and oil. Mix everything together.
Step 4: Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes on 180 degrees or you can also grill or fry in a pan until the chicken is soft and tender.
Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite sauce or chutney!
