The Only Banana Bread Recipe You'll Ever Need
INGREDIENTS
3 medium ripe bananas
1 egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup melted butter (80g)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (180g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup additional add-ins (optional) chopped nuts, dried fruits, or chocolate chips
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out of the center clean.

super underrated recipe it’s so good!! i tweaked it a little and reduced the amount of white sugar, used 2 ripe bananas instead, opted out the cinnamon and replaced it with 1 tsp coffee powder to enhance the flavour of the chocolate. i also reduced the amount of flour by a little since i used 2 bananas instead of 3. super moist and delicious!

Amazing recipe! I’ve made this several times but I’ve swapped white whole wheat flour for regular all-purpose and coconut sugar instead of normal white sugar and it still comes out great every time. I’ve had to add a splash or two of almond milk because the batter comes out a bit dry due to my ingredient swaps but the additional liquid helps and it bakes up great! This will continue to be one of my favorite recipes 😋

Made this today exactly as recipe called for & Im enjoying a slice as I type this 👍❤️❤️❤️ Its fabulous! Very moist & just the right amount of sweetness! I only baked it for about 45 mins, and covered it the last 15 to keep top from burning. Thank you ~ this will be my GO-TO banana bread recipe from now on >3 THANK YOU 😊

I must be married to the same picky pain in the ... guy! Maybe your husband is living a double life😅! So what I do, when I pour the batter into the pan, I just mix choc chips into one half of the loaf pan. I put a spatula in there just to divide it and make sure nothing wanders over to the other side then just pull it out and bake. That works pretty well and we’re both happy!

Hi! I followed your recipe and it looks good but when i tasted it, it was very salty! What did i do wrong? Huhuhu it was my first bake. I added the salt 1 tsp, butter is also undalted and i dont know which ingredient is the culprit. May i ask what flour did you use and what’s the brand?
