I'm from Michigan and I'm trying to get better at wrestling. I hear from everywhere how you should do Greco and Freestyle to make your folkstyle better but I can't find where to go for freestyle or greco. I know you're from Wisconsin so it might be different but where would I start looking or trying it? I tried USA wrestling but the info is in a pdf and for some reason it won't download

Ya Michigan has a national team and you just sign up and go to training camps and do tournaments in your state. It is usually in the spring time

Trying to figure out how much I should cut. I was 174 now I’m 163 I’m 5,9 and a half. Pretty much all muscle (wider build). Should I cut more?

I'm the exact same height and weight... My weight shifts a few pounds from time to time because I drink a TON of water. But, I am 163 regularly. I am definitely not all muscle though. I just got a gym membership because that's one of my biggest flaws in wrestling.
