very appreciated guide, even for a bdo vet like me. I was looking for a class that's easier on my hands, and Guardian just looked like the solution for me!
Love your guides! Definitely please do the awakening guide; the awakening rotation you have changed my guardian life two years ago, and I've love to see the update. Some black shrine would also be great.

Amazing vod and explanation for new players such as myself. I was checking on the Skill Add-on at the end and as of today 04/13/2024 they seem to have different cooldowns. I don't know if as of today they will still be the same or will you do an updated vod for Succession Guardian. If so, I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much Ryky for the info, will get to practice the combos and build up my muscle memory. Also, would be nice to know what skills are locked as well. Also, If you do PvP with the Succession Guardian, would be extra nice if you have the time to do a vod as well for full abilities/skills and what to do and what not to do.
I have a lvl 13 guardian and I’m struggling 😅 I’m used to having skills be button at the bottom of the screen mapped to numbers on my keyboard. BDO has required mouse buttons combined with AWDS which is very alien to me
I just got into the game recently and I feel you on this. What I did was buy a MMO mouse and set up the combo keybinds to the side buttons. It's actually really good this way for me. Might help you out?

GJ with the video, helps a ton :D Might just be me, but i would appreciate if you would also go threw which attacks is good to have on hotbar, and which skills to lock in skill menu, and which core skills is best for pve in guides.
it took me five minutes or so to realize that fortold encounter is NOT frigid wind xD i kept trying to slide and doing an lmb smash xD great video! probably one of the best ive seen as far as tutorials for class combos and rotation break downs! may i suggest if you do a tutorial on combos for a class with higher APM, get some half speed mo cap on your button presses!!!! as someone who left consoles toxic trash fire of an environment and found bdo to be 1000% better on pc i can say its been really hard to learn new button presses for combos! on console i was a monster with sorc and sage and now on pc i cant do awake sages inf combo at all! still love the classes and the skills and what not its just a huge learning curve to have to retrain your fingers to identify with new visual to muscle memory! and when i get lucky enough to find slo cap tutorials i am able to pick it up much much faster than when im trying to tie it together with just the keyboard cap running at full speed!! anyways sorry for the book xD! love the video! excellent content! make one for awake sage with half speed keyboard capture pleeaaase!!!!!!!!!!!
Would love to see the awakening video and maybe some more advanced things new guardians can pickup like crystals, lightstones etc. Also what is your skin? Looks epic as hell.
Any opinion why you use Gate Crasher after Avalanche Strike and not after BBS? Since you can link Avalanche Strike into the last 2 hits of Boulder Crush. I always thought the best combo would be: Claw > Circle > Mountain Slam > Mutilation > BBS > Gate Crasher > Avalanche Strike > (2 hits) Boulder Crush > Savage Hack
What I didn't like about this class is that it mostly deals damage to monsters in front of you, not around you. Compare that to Berserker where you have multiple skills that deal damage in a huge AoE.
Is it just me, or does the Claw Reveal at the end of movement part not work? Edit: I take that back. I just cant have any other button even touched. Which is, tbh, a bit of a pain. But I'll manage.
I like how fluid the class looks now, i played a guardian up to level 63 when it was released but still felt too slow and clunky. I see they improved her a lot since release.
Bra you didn't talk about the 12% accuracy buff it's so annoying to try and jump in between pack without doing claw reveal, and than axe throw is 12sec cd. Wtf is this? Any tips?
You mean 1440p? If you are using Remastered and FSR, you should disable TXAA. There are some methods to use FSR with FXAA, you can easily find it on RU-vid.
i wish there are other filler skills to use other than s+lmb and rmb+lmb, these two skills doesn't feel good to use. every other skills flow perfectly with other skills, they're so fluid and powerful and then you have to press s+lmb and rmb lmb, it's so clunky.
get proper crystal setup, learn the combos and pacing to match the packs, learn rotation. you asked for help while gave nothing, you might as well say you want to grind dakhia thornwoods right now and earn 1.5b/h with tuvala gear and say why you're struggling.
Berserker succession if you dont mind looking like a ugly fkng monki 😂 And he is also nerf prof too pa will never nerf him no matter how op he gets so that another huge plus Musa awakening fastest with the lowest effort Striker awakening not as fast as the other 2 but still faster than most other classes Valkyrie awakening fast but her mobility is only really usefull at low end one shot grind zones lowest effort class in one shot zones And yes all these are very good in pve and pvp both
Maehwa is great and has great mobility. Some people might tell that she is weak, but thats mostly because they missed the fact that she has been heavily buffed now. I especially like Maehwa Awakening (my main class for years now) but succession is also very good.
guardian is really good on pve, but on pvp side is not, specially on a large scale war, solare,node war this class is sh8, her damage and all are pointless your time investment gone to waste.
this is not true, all the guardians on my guild getting 20++ kills on nw/siege. and i've seen a lot of awakening guardian in top 100 arena of solare if you think guardian is not good in pvp then it's on you.
