Great work. Glad to see this coffee culture in Mumbai. I graduated from milk based coffee (Nescafé) to dark coffee & now make all kind of coffees (methods) with variety of beans at home. My fav go to everyday is pour over with Kona medium roast beans.
आम्हाला तुमचा हा एपिसोड खूप आवडला. हा एपिसोड बघून मला आमच्या आई ची आठवण झाली. माझी आई कॉफी ची खूप फॅन होती आणी तिनेच आम्हाला कॉफी प्यायला शिकवली. तिचा फिल्टर कॉफी चा ब्रँड होता MR Coffee जो जुना ब्रँड आहे. आम्ही नेसकॉफीच्या व्यतिरिक्त Bru कॉफी पण पितो. आमची आई पण पोट बिघडली की ब्लॅक कॉफी मध्ये लिंबू पिळून द्यायची.

छान वाटलं खूप खूप आपला एपिसोड आवडला, खूप चांगला मराठीत प्रयोग केलात कॉफी cutrure बद्दल. कदाचित हा पहिला एपिसोड असावा जो कॉफीच्या संदर्भातआहे. सर्व प्रथम कॉफीची चवी मधील फरक ठरवायची असेल तर अगदी थोडं पाणी प्यावं लागतं (हा कॉफी कलचरचा) पहिला नियम आहे. माझी आवडती कॉफी Ethiopian medium roast (५ intensity) not too bitter not to mild सिंगल shot espresso. घरी expresso machine hi आहे जेवून झालं की एक शोट बनवतो हो इंडियन कॉफी ही आहे. कर्नाटकी ती ही छान आहे टेस्ट करायला....☕☕ हो अजून एक गोष्ट नमूद करावीशी वाटतेय ब्लॅक कॉफी without शुगर at its best. खरतर कॉफी साखरे शिवाय प्यायची असते. धन्यवाद,🙏🙏

Subko madhe ek liquor barrel madhli pour over milte.. ti vishwat bhari ahe.. one o eight lifestyle cafe Pune has got some good coffee. You should try their cold brew and all them to add a orange peel to it along with their black coffee.

Italians one of great Coffee drinkers OD add milk... but I think what Sarnag meant was 100% Milk that too boiled with instant Coffe , which is like a thin basundi !
For the Arnold palmer, I like to add some orange vanilla liquor or orange if ( if going non alcoholic) and 2 drops of peppermint oil. And Kahlua mixed with the Espresso. LOL

ब्लॅक कॉफी लहान वयात सुरू करून हळूहळू त्यामधे दूध वाढवत जाऊन आता कॉफी नको हे स्थित्यंतर माझ्या सकट अनेकांमधे घडत गेलेलं पाहिलंय. आता फक्त कॉफी साठी एकत्र भेटणंच महत्वाचं ठरलं आहे. त्यामुळे आता दुर्गा कॉफीलाच फार मजा येते. त्याला चौकात भारी म्हणा नाहीतर अजून काही पण तीच जास्त आवश्यक आहे.
I think most marathis are non vegetarian, check out non veg dishes in Lucky hotel near jama masjid and urdu school... And in the ramzan it is a non veg heaven
