Jehlarova is arguably playing better than other middle in the country and she's a two time All American and former national freshman of the year. Not even a mention?
Asia O’Neal at the very least needed to be discussed. No issue with your MB picks but Asia O’Neal has been devastating this season for Texas. Great list and not knocking it at all either.
I like these! My team for the west would have been as follows: S-Kami Miner L-Zoe Fleck MHx2- Marin Grote, Asjia O’Neal OH-Logan Eggleston, Madi Kubik OPP- Kendall Kipp /\ My team for the East would have been as follows: S-Melani Shaffmaster L-Elena Scott MHx2- Amaya Tillman, Devyn Robinson (I know she has been on the right but) OH- Julia Bergmann, Anna Debeer OPP- Rachel Fairbanks
I agree with everythng you said except for Shaffmaster, only because she has clearly been struggling this year and is not very consistent. I would have picked Elisaia at Penn or the freshamn setter at Florida before Shaffmaster
@@Arowyne13 thank you! Appreciate your comment and feedback. That’s fair. I can see that side! I definitely would not have picked Elisaia, Alexis Stucky would have been next in line for me. Went back and forth between them two. Another that I really considered was Raquelle from Louisville!
Rodriguez born to be libero, she will be good playing for nebraska, stanford, Texas, penn, Brazil, Russia, you name it. She is quick, smart and reliable.
I can understand not putting Debeer on this list right now only because she has been out with an injury for about a month or so. Otherwise I would have agreed with you and said she deserves to be on the list.
For Nebraska fans who think Rodriguez should be the libero look at 2:44. That ball is hit straight down in the middle of the floor. That is a kill on any other libero in the country including Rodriguez. Rodriguez is good (and getting better) but Fleck is on another level.
im not saying Rodriguz is better then Fleck or wise versa, their both good in their own way, BUT that is one play out of HUNDREDS, you can't look at only ONE play and call it good
@@arshiyamunir2130 If you know them both you can look at that play and see they are covering different amounts of floor. Rodriguez has never made that dig in her career. Fleck does it so well her team gets an attack out of that dig!
You are a joke, Rodriguez was freshman of the year and libero of the year last year and played for a natty as a freshman. Fleck has nothing on Rodriguez and fleck plays in the easiest conference in the country while Rodriguez puts her numbers up in the the best conference by far and it's not even close.
Nuneviller would have been the better choice over Fields. Nuneviller passes and plays defense all 6 rotations. Can’t have a west team with one 6 rotation outside 😅😅
East OH Eva Hudson, Purdue OH Claire Chaussee, Louisville MB Danielle Hart, Wisconsin MB Rylee Rader, Ohio State OPP Merritt Beason, Florida S Emma Grote, Kentucky L Kylie Murr, Ohio State West OH Logan Eggleston, Texas OH Brooke Nunneviller, Oregon MB Kaitlyn Hord, Nebraska MB Asjia O'Neal, Texas OPP Kendall Kipp, Stanford S Ella May Powell, Washington L Lexi Rodriguez, Nebraska
@@fitsroyrandall3714 at this point, I'd put Bergmann over Hudson, you're right. At the time, Hudson was lighting the world on fire but Bergmann has been more consistent throughout conference play thus far.
lol flecks in the big 12, gotta watch out for that crazy good kansas team. You want to know what else wasn't close? Texas playing for a title last year after nebraska stomped your asses.
@@tamarkusnorth3723 how was that ass whoopin nebraaka gave your longhorns last year? Sad when you get beat that hard by 4 freshmen, a junior and a super senior that just had back surgery.
They don’t hit at fleck either. She covers more than half the backrow. The plays she makes are one of a kind. Morgan Hentz level type plays. Rodriguez is more of a passer. Fleck actually digs the ball and makes amazing plays.
Yeah!!!!! Ally Holland got mentioned!!!! She is nothing but a stud caliber mb!!!! Anything other than a first team all American choice would fall tragically short of her talent!
I think Lexi is way better. Zoey Fleck is a favorite of mine, and she’s a fellow Californian. But the conference isn’t that great and I know those stats went up in the Big 12.
You don't know much then because Fleck had over 5 digs per set in her matches vs Big 10 teams (Ohio State x2 and Minnesota). You can't even spell Fleck's name so not much of a favorite. Rodriguez is good but Fleck is clearly superior.
Fleck actually averaged more in non conference against the B1G then she has recently. Rodriguez is great but she’s not on the same level as Fleck and it’s not close.
Rodriguez last year > fleck this year. But we’re talking this year so fleck all the way. The way she moves and commands the defense is amazing. Lexi still has a little more growing to do and she’s been a little off this year in my opinion.
@@Randonmatteo Rodriguez last year was not better than Fleck this year or last year. Fleck has been the best libero in the country for the past 3 years she just didn’t get the real recognition she deserves because she wasn’t on a team like Texas. Had she been at Texas last year she would’ve had much much more recognition around the country.
Why do they have you doing this????? You are horrible at ranking teams and players. I however do understand your constant propaganda for Texas….someone has to say something good about them since they choke every year!!!!
@@reg123_ You just proved my point. Nebraska plays for the title, Texas doesn't make it there. And when they have Nebraska has beaten them. Not to mention what Nabraska did to them last year!
