380s are better than 350s, most of the colorways were definitely trash. The. 380s had too many releases back to back especially during the pandemic., plus 2020-2021 yeezy did too many releases and still doing so and restocks has the brand competing with itself. Yeezy could have easily transferred 350 colours to the model. A lot of the colours were like 💩 or 🤮 🤢 and worse retail price killed the model. There are too many yeezy models styles and colours. I got most of the colourways across models and got tired. Just looking for pure whites for summer and jet black for winter. This cmpct is ok but not full black - I will wait for that. It reminds me of the 700v3 clay brown, that didn’t do so well compared to the alvah 700v3. Cool review JD , I Will try on foot in some store to assess comfort yet not in a rush to buy

just tired of yeezys in general at this point and the sock shoe type 350-380-cmpct seems to be played out and not really the style any more. and as you said, the v2 is just better than the newer models so no reason to buy them over the v2s now that the v2s are equally as easy to cop now
V2s are only better than newer models in the comfort category. Yeezy drops so many new silhouettes, especially last year. I love Yeezy more than anything Jordan or Nike, cuz they actually innovate and make something strange and creative, not to mention the comfort on basically every model.
Definitely the most wearable color way.. I think people are scared to try something different. These are also not getting any hype from celebrities and influencers.
I love the CMPCT in this color....im gonna wait another week so when they dip below $250 before i take the plunge but TBH the 350's have flooded the market with a different variation of earth tone color-way it starts to become redundant and the novelty has worn off.....yeezy needs a new model or a new designer......the hype is not there like it use to be
i think there's no hype on any the cmpct or 380 just because no one ever talks about it. i dont see any celebs/influencers wearing either model, but everyone still wears 350 v2s. colorways were generally easier to wear on the 350 v2s, for the most part. there is probably nostalgia tied to it too, just like how you mentioned the AJ1s
to be honest i dont think it's dead i just havent gotten time to get into the yeezy space there are some models that appeal to me like the 700, 500 and 350 and possibly 380. i think i need to study and keep an eye on them for drops, but i think its a good time to be a yeezy fan if you're trying to cop different pairs that don't have much hype
Greetings fro LA! I definitely appreciate your thorough reviews. This will be my first CMPCT pair, I surprisingly hit on SNS (sneakers are en route), so I cannot wait to have in hand. I e watched a few videos on these sneakers and they say the comfort is top tier, so I am ecstatic being that I wear sneakers that aim for comfort. Also, I feel these are the easiest to style ,in terms of color ways. I’m surprised they hype isn’t there for these, I personally like that it isn’t just like the 350V2’s. Same with the 380’s, I actually like those too and the comfort level on that silhouette is up there. Definitely, I ain’t mad at these & looking forward to styling them.
love the group chat intros every time makes me laugh hahaha, I never liked 350s for me Yeezys are just 500s, foams and slides any other yeezy model is not for me, never tried 450s though but im pretty sure I won't like them
I jus got mine, went my yeezy size (half size up) n they are def comfy I feel the sides will squeeze my feet if I went my true size so def not true to size
@@ThatLJguy yea you're right, if y'all know you have thicker feet deff do what you gotta do cause all yeezys fit snugged. but for me these are very spacious at my true size I feel as I could of gone a half size down honestly
