Great video, thank you! Just picked up the i5-13600k for $270.00 for my new gaming build! Can't wait to get it all put together! As a casual gamer on the weekends, as much as PC parts with all the bells and whistles are so amazing, I was able to keep to a budget, watch all the videos, and get the parts I needed over time for a solid mid range build! Awesome!
Nice. I upgraded recently a few months back to the 12700KF (prime day), 12900KF (sale fantastech 2). No stutters whereas the 9600K 1440P was gross, so much render scaling and I was serving my computer at that point. Now my machines work for me once again. GPUs have 3060 12gb in the spare & 7900XTX in the main. Something about the 4070 perhaps putting off less heat is appealing though. My room is much cooler on my spare rig with the i7 and 3060.
It is funny that you compare core counts on the intel side vs amd. AMD will reign supreme in terms of gaming as their cores are all power and not lamo efficiency cores. And clearly you dont know what efficiency cores are as they dont serve the purpose you described. They are meant to help with background tasks, but arent even a fraction of the speed. Ryzen 9 7950x3d with its 16 real cores vs i9 13/14900k with its 8 real cores. Do research before you make a video misleading people.
My only problem is I can only upvote you once, well said my man, for gaming IF you got the cash just get a 7800 x3d and you'll be golden for the next 2 or 3 years I would say.
He doesn't really know too much tbh he recommended a 3050 over a 6600 xt....that's all you need to know (don't send the guy hate I just hope he learns)
Intel will always run smoother and more reliable than amd period. I've had 2 amd builds and they both were trash. Most recent one was with 7950x3d. Changed everything to a 13900k intel build and it's far superior. Too many glitches and bullshit with amd
7800x3D simple as that out performs or equals 7950x3D and 13900k 14900k for $300 less if your gaming only it’s the only options unless you don’t care about the money and want best for everything.
Hi, thanks for the video. You didn't mention that Ryzen 5 - 7th series are AM5 which means that not only you pay more for Cpu itself but you need newer motherboard, which increases your supposed budget.
What would be the recommendation for someone who does primarily gaming and some streaming every now and again? I'm thinking about the 7800x3d and it'll go with a 4090.

Bought a B650E-I Mini iTX today for $260. I will order a 7600 to put in it when prices drop to 190-200 again. I fully plan to put in the equivalent 5800x3D of the AM5 platform when they move onto AM6. Hoping to get 10+ years out of this rig. Currently on a 2500k at 4.5GHz. Hoping AM5 goes the distance and that Asus will have good driver support for upgrades in the future. Once the 7600 drops again all I need to buy is a GPU. Really torn between the 7800xt Nitro or a 4070 Reference. Currently trying to snag a 3080 or 3080ti on Facebook for a good price.
i'd like to ask some advise. Currently there is a 12700KF in my rig, 4.9/3.9 @1,285V, Z690 board and DDR4 (3600/CL16). my 4090 runs 3x2k monitors, and with nvidia surround i'm mostly playing in 7680x1440. don't want to change MoBo and RAM. does it _really_ worth to me to upgrade to a 13900K/14700K? or the CPU doesn't help at al,l and it would be just a waste of money and wouldn't there be any benefit except the eye candy? thank you in advance!
intel really hasnt made any INCREDIBLE achievements performance wise, so probably not. They try to rush a new gen cpu every 6 months to a year whilst AMD takes their time to improve their stuff and test it so it has minimal issues when launched.
Hi, i have a 3070 RTXbut my current intel(R) core i7 - 6700 cpu cant keep up and overworks itself when i play games however i dont ant to have to change my mother board and ram when i get a new CPU is there any low end priced recommendations?
I have the i7-12700k with 64gb of ddr4 3600mhz CL16 on a msi mag z690 tomahawk mobo... I have a 3070ti and I feel thats whats holding me back and I do regret not grabbing a ddr5 platform when I got the 12700k but at the time ddr5 was also new and had some problems I was concerned with so I opted to keep the ddr4. So looks like cpu/mobo/ram wise Im holding off to 15th series or whatever amd releases whichever has better performanxe to price for my needs.
i hope u know budget mean is.. it means, it depend on your budget. MSI Pro should be more pricy because it's ATX board while the other is m-ATX cheaper
Nice. I watch these anyway. Have 12400F (family build), 12700KF and 12900KF for our media/gaming builds. Just went with what would make a decent budget banger pc. Coming from 9600K it's been great though gaming on the 12700KF and 12900KF.
YUP, Hours of research and the answer is"NONONONONO", I would get 4 FPS more at best but the 1% would go up alot. Not worth it, and thanks for the responce.@@yunusbbx8497
Amd for sure , i tried intel for all those years , but i tried amd one and almost both pc are 6th gen but amd beat my i7 intle bertty hard... I would recommend every go buy " AMD "
Well it doesn't make any sense. It's like if I'd say "Intel for sure. I used AMD for all those years but then I bought i7-13700KF and it beats my AMD FX-8300 hard. I would recommend everyone to go with Intel"
I have had 2 amd products in the recnt past and both have presented faults out the box my 5600x constantly crashes a bunch of games but its not a fault its just the combo of cpu and board i picked causing the fault and the amd gpu i had had artifacting day 1. So never going AMD again. Never had 1 fault with intel or nvidia in the past so sticking to what works AMD is a gamble for me. Looking online a LOT of people have issues with AMD cpus but media is simply overlooking this because games that bench well usually dont have issues. Mostly indie games and Fortnite for example have issues.
Should I go for the Ryzen 7800x3d, intel i7-14900k or i9-14900k? I see many reviewers saying that 8 cores should be enough but I’m still stuck on which to pick.
@@UKKNGaming Depending on the game, most CPU intensive games the 13700 was outperforming the 7800x3d, i mean in Starfield the 13600k was outperforming the 7800x3d. If you dont play CPU intensive and you will use your PC to mostly game you cant beat the 7800x3d
@@dg7438 sorry i have never used it, but didn't hardware unbox say its a bad CPU. for gamers, the 7800x3d is king, for everything else including gaming the 14700k is showing to be the best intel CPU for this gen

Dont buy x3d chips. Yes it looks good on older games but look at the newer games, they perform much better on intel chips. Unless if u bought a new pc to play old games. Other than that, get thr 14700k instead. 400 bucks for an 8 core chip is insanely overpriced.
