Looks ok,I’ve got two coronas,and I had the complete MOD system for Xmas and I’m well impressed with it so I’ll stick to that. Good review as always Daz.
Nice review Darren, and nice (green) shirt too 😁😁 This looks like a well designed system. The idea of no shadows interests me, however my board is in a cabinet with doors (my wife likes to be able to close it up to keep the room looking tidy, lol), so would not suit. Also, having a power cord dangling below the board to the nearest outlet would possibly detract from the decor of the room HaHa.
Thanks, cant beat green! :) Yep as mentioned some people dont like them for whatever reason. I actually think the light from my photography lamps is best but they use more power, but I use a light ring on my other board in the loft area so will probably switch that one for this one now :)

Target Corona can be fixed on a softip board with a special bracket (But yes not supplied in box like Cuesoul) I thinnk Cuesoul now is the best light ring after this video. The fact that you can uninstall it (INCLUDING THE LIGHT STRIP) and take it with you in bag is the deal for me. PERFECT!
When you turned the light up the colours on the board looked really vibrant, even threw the camera, so the light seems to be very high quality. I like the look of the Mission Torus 270 more but the lighting on this one seems much better, so if you dont mind the full circle than i would pick this one over the Torus.
Great review. IMHO I believe they should have made the standoff gap larger between the points and the flush side of the board bracket to compensate for the number ring wire and go over the top of it. I have a Target Corona Vision(came by it honestly, my son ordered one and he received four! He has two, 2nd son uses his as a shop light all chandelier like and I were benefactors). The friction/magnet mounts work fine on steel tip board outer metal band. Once again, amazing brand coordination with shirt and product. I´m Greensleeves with envy👕
Is this light any good for a board on a stand rather than on the wall? If not, can you recommend one that’s good for a stand? Torus 270/corona? Thanks!
Good review , Does seem bit tricky to put together but id only need such for steel tip as its all i play and neevr used any i call fancy light systems at all as just use a lamp at side of sideboard and have it pointed towards dart board and its done me for a good few yrs now lol ..but is odd shadow from it and this system im as well getting now as its one of my fav past times is the darts . Just wonder how long cable is from board to plug ? which shall plug into adapter . But think ill get one im also in UK < Oh greens also my fav colour Darren 🙂
@@DartsReviewChannel Oh dear... Mine seem fine so far (fingers crossed, touch wood). I have heard of others having a similar issue though. I wonder if Target send out magnet replacements--probably not.
@@DartsReviewChanneltotally agree with you, I’m a target fan boy but the light is rubbish the led strip glue is like chocolate after 8month it fell off. I’m currently in the process of saving up for a scolia system looks to me to be the best all around set up
I'm not a fan of the light systems that came out from the board to the surround, I love the Winmau plasma set up because of this fact but overall great video bud thanks for the review! 🙂
Going to have to invest in a light system and this looks pretty good. Although I'm not sure I want the extra illumination showing all the holes in the treble one. 😆
Good idea to have a luminance control as i have the winmau plasma light and i find my eyes find it to bright when i first turn it on and have to let my eyes adjust to it but thats the down side of approaching 50yrs of age 🥴
DAZ mate great review mate . But I'll stick with my pub over light from the bog updated from tesco table spot lamp. Over hang for less the price does me with 3 different light settings I not pay over priced gimmicks to look good mste ❤

Thanks for the review mate. Saved me some money that, looks like a cheap plastic version of something good. For th 20 quid extra, I'd much prefer the target one, as with that on you can even buy a replace for the lights.
The Target Corona is actually more flimsy, not as bright and the one I had the led strip light fell out then the magnets came unstuck from the arms so it no longer stuck to board.
@@DartsReviewChannel two of the magnets on my corona came out the other week too, only had it 18 months as well. I might give this a look, the adjustable light would be handy, cheers for the review!
Also forgot to mention the best part about a torus, after a solid 3-6 points next to the T20 steel, just grabbing the darts and letting the arm drop dead before a walk of shame is nice 😅 Dont need to worry about ruining the ring lol
LOL I think she has inspected them and thought about it, she drank the water and I had to move that, it was frozen solid all last week, thawed out now so will be updating on that very soon :)
That's just a knock off corona lights system. I've had my corona light system for 3 years and never had a problem with it. Im never rough with my boards or lights.
Firstly its not pointless, the viewers of this channel are from all over the world not just UK. Secondly I clearly showed in the video they supplied a UK adaptor and you had to pick UK on their site, because they deliver to UK. If that is not available now then thats not my fault, obviously something has changed, maybe they have to re-stock or something?
