Thanks for the video. I've ordered one for my Astor. I intend to use it as IRVM since Astor doesn't have auto dimming IRVM. That's the added bonus I feel with the system plus a dashcam which is extremely essential these days.

If your car already have a rear camera then I would suggest you to go for a windshield mounted dash cam. The thing is - even when places up the high beam interrupts view of the camera! I would say try the same at different places with temporary stickers! I would keep it just below the number plate

If you don't want to cut the wires you can adjust the camera in a direction which is okay for you to reverse the car but the issue is - it won't get tilted when you put the car in reverse,you will have single angle

DDPAI is in general a good brand! But if you ask me , you don't need touch and all in the rear view dashcam! Simpler is better! Even in range rover defender they have a simple switch to turn on the camera on mirror and it feels good

i have a question, when i will install it surely i would have not my rear mirror, so can i permanently turn on reverse cam or is it activated when we apply reverse gear. second question, is there any vibration issue while driving on rough road.
Yes it can be turned on permanently! 2. No vibration issue if you attach the rubber band in proper manner! If its loose it will make noise else it won't!

@@pankaj85rawat i did some research for a touch based dashcam but i couldnt find any dashcam which was really this good! there are few chinese options which are touch but they are not that good! I think that dashcams have a specific purpose and thats the reason they are not much innovated! Moreover luxury cars have inbuilt dashcams so buyer are also limited!

Hello! This is a product from 2021 i guess so it's quite old and no new model has been launched! It's still 1080 when 4k Dashcam are common. If you need suggestions then you can ask me. Talking about the camera placement - yes it can be installed below the rear light but at night when you press the brake there is be red light all around the footage . Rear camera acts as a reverse camera when the red cable in rear camera is connected to the rear light which turns on when you put the car in reverse! My suggestion would be to install this around your number plate area

No it doesn’t have a GPS inbuilt so it can’t track the speed of the vehicle! Yes it records all the time! As soon as the Ignition is on! It starts recording the video! I have Actually used it many times in favour of mine when police stopped me
For the distance you will have to get parking sensors ! It helps in clear visibility of rear view when we are reversing the car! If there is a pothole then that can be seen only if a camera is installed

1. Yes it can be used as normal mirrors and it's as clear as the stock rear view mirror! At night it's tinted to doesn't hurt eyes 2. Well you can place the rear can anywhere you feel like! It can also be put inside the cabin to make it a inside view dash cam
You can always turn the live camera off and then the same will become like a rear view mirror! It has a tinted glass so you won’t even feel any difference than the stock

Well in the day time I turn off the camera screen while driving! And the rear view dash cam starts acting like a normal dash cam with a tinted glass! It's very clear so you won't have to worry !

In normal case this will show Rear view or Front View? Because the rear view mirror is required for driving but you are showing the camera is showing front view!!!!
In the normal case it will always show the rear view however there is a button through which you can see the front view. Whenever the camera turns on through ignition It will automatically show the rear view. And when you put the car in reverse the view will be tilted down a bit in order to show you a better view
Will you please guide me to buy a simple rear camara and display for continuous rear view in the mirror that can give me clear wide hd rear view. I need it as I have a 5% leftmost field loss of vision after an operation. I am ok in driving but have to move my eyes often if somebody overtakes from left. Thanks for appreciating 😊 The parking sensor will only turn on when it senses an impact otherwise it will always be in of position yes you need to hardwire it in order to activate this feature. 24 hours parking mode is not possible as it would eat a lot of battery power and in the end result in low battery for the car. For that maybe you can install a camera around your house which can keep an eye on your car a usual CCTV camera

An important video can be saved as emergency video! In that case the emergency folder never gets deleted. I am using 64gb! I think this is the max they support!
It doesn't have gps built it! And neither it has auto dimming! But the screen is of such a material that car head lights do not hurt the eyes even at night!

No it doesn't have a sim card slot! It's not a GPS based system! The device itself creates a wifi network like it used to happen in shareit application so that data can be transferred over the air at a fast pace! It does record from both the sides which is the main plus point of this device! I paid 400 rupees for the fitment! And I believe it's fair price! If you are good negotiator then you can same 100 bucks I believe 😊

Bhai dashcam is way better! 360 cam vidoes are created with different file type which can't be accessed easily! If you want a dashcam go for normal 2 channel or 3 channel! Are you looking for a review view screen dashcam?

Not necessarily! When you connect the wire to tail lamp, it will tilt the angle of camera everytime you put your car in reverse! If your car is old it ok to do it but if your car is new i would say, set the angle and don't connect the reverse camera activation wire. The rear camera will continue to work just that it won't change viewing angles

If we install a hardwire kit then power is given to the devise by attaching it to the wire which gets power supply when ignition is on If power supply is not given through hardwire then USB a will be used for the same. :)
The dashcam restarts in a loop randomly continue until I unplug and connect after 10-15 minutes. It's very annoying. I changed the SD card but it didn't help. Please let me know if you know how to resolve this
