Yes. I miss it those days cause we were young and innocent but times have to keep going on. But I definitely want to visit these locations. It would give me nostalgia and good feeling even if the food isn’t out of the world. If it is than the better. I feel like I smell the store.
Best Del Taco hands down. All the tacos and burritos are stuffed to the brim, everyone is friendly, and it's always clean. Also love the organized sauce packets on each table. A must stop driving to or from Vegas.
I love your channel! That taco looks like they did 30 years ago! Full sized. Fast food chains are watching all of your vids. Went to Chili’s today. Got the Big Smasher for 10.99 with fries and chips and salsa on the side. It was great!!!
I’ve from socal been eating del taco my whole life on our drive home from Vegas my hubby and I stopped at this del taco and it was the freshest I’ve ever had! It was delicious lol

I believe I ate at that same location during the early 2000's. I stopped at a Del Taco in Barstow on the way home from Las Vegas. I ordered tacos and nachos (chips and nacho cheese sauce). The tacos were hot and full of ground beef. The chips for the nachos were warm and tasted freshly fried. The cheese sauce was nice and hot. The group that I was with noticed the difference from Del Taco's in LA county. Thanks for the video.

I live in San Bernardino and drive to Vegas a lot, always pass this up until a few weeks ago. I tried the del taco and a bold green burrito and they were glorious. Sucks cause now when I go to any other Del Taco it just doesn't compare
When I saw that horizontal tomato slice...well, I was SHOOK!!! That's EXACTLY the way they used to look in the 70's. Always thought the quality and FLAVOR of Del Taco (back in the 70's) was absolute fire 🔥!!! Hopefully this place hasn't changed THEIR recipe...😋😊☺️😌!!!

Oh ya I’ve been here, and I must say they add extra meat compared to other locations and the tortillas are larger too. The chicken soft tacos are 🔥🔥 Barstow is always a stopping point when I head to Vegas
Here in Georgia, we have more Del Tacos than any eastern state. Most states in this part of the country do not have them, but Georgia has 21 locations, 14 in the Atlanta area and more being added. Del Taco had a big presence here up to the 90s, then they all closed down by the early 2000s, but then were brought back in the 2010s.
Always stop there when going on desert motorcycle trips, I always thought of it as if del taco was homemade, so good! I wish that was an actual model for fast food
Bun taco was mom's favorite. But yes well known for the original og "Barstow " tacos. Became a must stop for the guys trip every year to Vegas considering the huge amounts of all and every fast food joints you can think of there. But DT is the king! (Even over In n out
As someone who has lived here for 20 years and has had Del-Taco in other parts of California, i can tell you Del-Taco in Barstow is much, much better than most other Del-Taco's throughout California.
It’s where they started making the larger “Del taco” a few years ago but not with the full slice tomato. It is the best one. Hands down. Use to be called the Barstow taco. Prob still is. 💪🏼
That's my go to stop on my way through Barstow. It always makes me a little disappointed coming back to my local Del Taco, because man they load their stuff up nicely.
Del taco bought Nagles. Which had AWESOME food. The combination burrito at del taco was exactly the same, but over time they ruined it. Nagles was the bomb!
This used to be a regular during our trips to Vegas. I never noticed the difference honestly, since eating here would be waste what with whatever Vegas would have anyway
