Hi Jerry, how long has the bio digester been in existence in Ghana 🇬🇭? I asked this because I'm not really convinced about this system looking into the future in the next couple of decades.

Yaw Boakye Agyeman In Ghana the digester technology picked up around 2014. Check this video out ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-afrjN1o9nOE.html It’s not only big in Ghana in some other parts of the like India is very big there. You’re right to be skeptical about it though. Just that is working for people too.

Hi Jerry, thanks for the video. I learnt in alternative to the porous concrete, you can do spreading of chippings on the floor bed of the Biodigester, place the fibre net as usual on top holding it round the edges with mortar before coconut fibre etc. This method makes the installation faster than using the porous concrete which takes not less than 3day after casting before use for the installation. What can you say about this pls?

Franca Nwosu have seen some people do it that way. My only problem is the chipping might block the soak hole pipe with time.

Thanks for this video but I still do not support the use of harsh detergent because of the effect it has on microorganism life span. Organic cleaners are preferred
