Wow! I had never heard of a digital planner before, but I ordered my first iPad and I will definitely be buying this from your shop! Love the stickers. I have a question though: can you download the planner onto the home page of your iPad? Or do you have to open good notes to access it? Thanks for the instructions on how to use! I definitely would have been lost lol.

You need an app like GoodNotes to use it in. Other options are apps like Noteshelf or Notability, etc. I personally use and recommend GoodNotes. So excited for you to get an iPad and start digital planning :)

I am trying to go digital but I think it would be helpful to see a video of a created planner and how to make entries in it so i can see if this would work for me. Planner looks amazing but a bit overwhelming to a beginner.

I have influencer/content creator digital stickers, but not a dedicated planner. I have that idea on my list of things to accomplish, but for now, I do all content/influencer-planning in my regular planners. :)

Are you talking about digital planner recommendations? They can be used even if you don't have Apple products -- you would just use a different app (like Noteshelf) for digital planning :)

You can buy a graphic tablet to write and draw on your laptop/pc. The cheapest ones are around £30 and are actually really good

Is there away to change the hyperlinks?? In the month overview instead on clicking on the day and it bringing me to that specific day, can I change it so it brings me to a weekly layout instead of the daily one?

Not a way to change the hyperlinks! Many opt for the bookmarking and outline feature in GoodNotes :)

Such a good planner! Is there supposed to be a difference in function between the 1-8 tabs across the top and the “custom pages” at the bottom right of the Library Template? Technically, it seems they do the same thing. Thank you.

I am ordering the new iPad Pro and switching to digital planning. What is the difference between this planner and the everything planner? Trying to decide which one to get. Also, are there any benefits of landscape orientation over portrait?

This planner and the Everything Planner are very different in design & templates. I have a link available in the description of the Everything Planner that goes through a full walk-through, which will cover all the differences :) I prefer landscape because that is how I use my iPad, so I suggest choosing an orientation that reflects how you'd most use your iPad!

Check out my how to label tabs in a digital planner video. You can just add the names/words you want next to the numbers on the tabs.

I recommend starting with the iPad and pencil. You may not need the magic keyboard, and it would be best to wait to see if you need it and would actually use it!

Interesting, will you be able to see it as you see it on your iPad on your iPhone? That is the only issue I have, sometimes you don't want to take your iPad and only want to see things when on the go on the iPhone.

You can! Just make sure that you have iCloud synced between your iPad and phone. If you plan on using both devices with the planner, I'd recommend the portrait version!

Not related necessarily to the planner. But may I ask, how or if, upgrading to the 12,9 was the best choice? I’m currently debating between the 11 & 12.9 for digital note taking. Do you think the 11” is enough or the 12.9? I’ll be upgrading from iPad 6th. Thanks and I love your videos💕💕

Works for Android too :) you’ll just use an app other than GoodNotes. For that, I’d recommend either Noteshelf or Xodo

Will information transfer from page to page? Like the top 3? Or appointments... will they automatically show in both weekly monthly and daily areas?

It will not! Digital planning, ironically enough, is more like paper planning in that if you want to transfer something from a monthly spread, you'll have to rewrite (or copy it!) over into the weekly and vice versa.

This is my first digital planner and have been loving setting it up so far! Is there an alternative way to set up the different templates to the numbered tabs at the top? I used the image method you mentioned in this video but find it difficult to move around stickers I’ve purchased because it tries to move the entire page as opposed to the individual sticker.

I like using the lasso tool. Select that tool and deselect images. You can then easily move around handwriting and text without moving the images you placed down. Alternatively you can long press on a specific image you placed down to only move that image instead of risking picking up multiple images using the lasso tool!

Great video, Kirsten. One question: When you make so many links (such as each day in your year-at-a-glance calendar page, plus page tabs, etc.), doesn't that make your file size huge?

No, it doesn’t! Images increase planner files, not so much the links. This planner file, in particular, is less than 5 mb (pretty small)!

Good work. Am I able to insert sides of my own into the planner? I saw you added a side only by inserting an image. I would like to insert PDF-files and may insert another folder too. Is it possible or impossible? I guess, there is only an English version ? :-) Thank you for your quick answer.

You can insert your own pages, etc. Just save them as an image to your camera roll and pull it in as an image! :)
