I created multiple Google Calendars for different appointment types. That allows me to go in and disable specific calendars if a specific view is too busy or full to see what I want to see.
My workaround for the issue of tasks not transferring over was to create a sub calendar just for tasks that way it does appear on my AA. Love this product and learned a few new customizations from you today thanks!!!!
OMGEEEE thank you so much. THIS makes sense to me. I cannot use the PDF digital planners. They are just confusing and they so much more than what I need. I just need some thing that is going to take all of my other digital Apps and sync them to one Planner. Gmail, task lists, iCloud, notes, etc. The artful agenda does just that. I had no idea, and I appreciate you so so much! Thank you for this great review.
The lists do integrate into the calendar. You can assign a date to an item in a checklist in the list view and it will appear in your daily view. Checking the item off in the daily view will also check it off in the list view. Great for scheduling project tasks.
You answered every single question I had! I was really hoping for a monthly view to “see” it all but it still has everything else I’ve been looking for . For now, I use excel for my monthly non recurring items and copy paste flyers etc on there. Signing up for the trial because of you 🎉
Thank you!!! I downloaded Artful Agenda today and have spent waaaaaayyyyyyy too long trying to figure out how to sync my colored events to and from Google Calendar. You perfectly explained how that doesn’t work the way I hoped. I had a suspicion that I would have to create multiple google calendars in different colors in order to achieve this. Not sure it’s worth all that, but I’m going to give the free trial and go and see how I like it. Great review!
I am very excited to start using AA, I think it is just the solution I have been looking for. . . I am working through TOP and was struggling with figuring out my command center, I think this is going to be a great solution for me and I am loving how it looks!

Planning to flip from paper to all digital. Struggling with ADHD and commitment as I hit this lovely age and I am loving this software. Wishing it included some features that Family Wall software offers. I was considering switching the Family Wall premium to get the map and budget, meal organization etc but just love the layout of AA and the colours and stickers. Any thoughts on the two comparisons?
I think the right choice will depend on your individual preferences and requirements. You might even find a way to combine the best of both worlds, using AA for its layout and aesthetics while integrating specific features from Family Wall to address your unique needs.

Wish you'd stop pushing "google" calendar integration - I use ICal, a great digital calendar that integrates easily for all family members in IMac, IPhone & IPad app's. I stopped using paper planners because I ALWAYS have ICal with me, but I miss the task features of a paper planner

Can each device choose which accounts it sees? I'd love to be able to see my sons school schedules but he doesn't need to see ALL of mine on his phone. Just his own
