One of my favourite parts of these clips is how these mostly serious reporters are so proud to show off their pup on tv. Really brings out the human part of people.
Props to the ones who did their job despite the shennanigans happening around them, but the ones embracing the chaos and showing their furbabies get an A+
Yes! However, what also happened was that many people decided to adopt a dog at that time and now that those people are going back to the office, their dogs are experiencing separation anxiety. Instead of managing it, many people are giving up their dogs. Shelters are full. Don't shop...adopt.
Mad respect to the dogs (even cats) , they were there for us during covid years, never left us alone and keep us in check on our emotional/ mental health. Thank you for your service 🫡🫡🐶🐶🐱.
Dixie! Nooo! Stoppp!! 🤣🤣🤣 During the pandemic, I feel better that other people’s lives working at home with dogs and cats are also chaotic. Especially when we tried to look polished and professional and suddenly go into a scolding parent voice to a dog. 🤣🤣
My sister still works from home 4 days a week. Our cat and dog love it. The one day a week she goes to work they act like they have been abused. So quiet until she comes home.
What happened during that time was that all those poised, remote figures turned into people with dogs that barked, cats that absolutely refused to cooperate, kids who snuck snacks and various other household members who insisted on doing what they wanted, and we suddenly felt a lot friendlier toward them. (Cats: What is this co-op-er-ate you speak of?) They turned into people.
"Hi, Mommy! Wha'cha doin', Mommy? Who you talkin' to, Mommy? I wanna talk to 'im too, Mommy! Can I, please, Mommy? Can I, huh, can I, can I pleeeze, Mommy?"
Us Moms who have tried to go to the bathroom in peace without a knock on the door and the words “Mom can I have a snack?” have been going through this for decades.
I think I liked what the animals had to say more then what the reporters had to say also the animals had more important things to tell us you could tell by how excited they were to tell us
Kids usually grow up and stop destroying things. Dogs don't. Kids offer deeper social connection. Dogs don't. Kids can play games with you and have conversations that make you think. Dogs don't. Kids are 10000% better than dogs as companions. Bonus points for kids for the fact that they usually outlive you. I love dogs, bit kids win hands down.😂
My favorite stay at home news mishaps wasn't with the doggos, but the time the man had his kid bust into his office dancing while moments later the little sibling strolls in inside their walker 😅
I would love to see pups any/everywhere no matter what else is happening. I wouldn't wish that on people with allergies or phobias of dogs, just wish I personally got to see them round the clock somehow. With plenty of hugging time where available.
