Love this place. Can't agree more with your awesome review. Brussel sprouts excellence at Peyote. Nobody does them better. HH drinks and HH bar food oysters and papalonas (fries) were top notch. Their version of bread pudding is devine.
Looks great! Peychaud's is a type of "Bitters" popular in New Orleans style drinks. Angostura is the best known of the Bitters, which are added a few drops to cocktails.

I want to try that crazy moscow mule the flan looked good. I should probably go to atomic liquors for some reason I have never been and I have been going to vegas since 2004 now about 20 years.

Damn, Melissa! You guys found my kind of restaurant this time… its an encore for this carnivore… just wish I had waited til I was full to watch the review! But, once again, I feel sorry for whatshisface… warm cocktails and cold food long before he even gets to try a mouthful!
It’s a total Palm Springs vibe! Right up your alley on ambience AND food was incredible. I have been craving those brussels sprouts and need to try and make them!
@@UpUpOurWay I know, isn't if funny? I wonder how many people realize Peyote is a drug? Back in the day I dated a very successful Mexican guy from Mexico City. He was an engineer and worked for the phone company. He laughed so hard when he saw Chi Chi's was a restaurant in my area. He explained that Chi Chi's are womens breasts.
