This video is pretty useless in general but especially to people actually researching tablets. You're just saying words like "the pen pressure is really good".
10 seconds in while hearing that generic voice and you immediately know this video is about generating top 'whatever' lists and generating revenue from it. Been using a wacom tablet for decades now and I guess I'll have to search deeper if I want to look deep into current alternatives.
I do not recommend Huion products. I got my tablet last year and it absolutely sucks. It gets scratched by even the lightest touch and gets random bumps all over. They're also pretty scammy. My dog chewed up my pen for the tablet so I got a replacement. The tablet only works with THEIR pens, not your fingers or other pens/stylus'. The replacement I got was $50, and when I tried it out, it didn't work. It was constantly working as if it was holding down the left mouse button and only interacted with the tablet if it was like 3 inches away from the screen. The only other replacement I've seen that has good reviews costs $100. I'm never using Huion again, and I feel bad that my parents got me a Huion tablet because it is just a huge waste of time and money.
@@Misiogry Yeah but its not better than the original Procreate (gesture wise and some small details).. I do believe Infinite Painter is the best app for drawing in many aspects, better than Procreate or Hipaint without doubt.. And if you want to draw with vector, the Concepts drawing app is highly recommended for that.. Cheers! =)
I need help! I have a pc for gaming amd I want a pen display tablet for 3d animation can I also use the tablet for video editing? Also must it be connected to a computer? Can I send files from my pen display tablet to my macbook like videos, photos document etc.
My 9 year old is obsessed with drawing and tired of collecting his papers everywhere. Any affordable advise to get him using digital tablets that he way he can save, print and review from time to time? Appreciative of your response.
Do you already have a laptop or a pc or are you looking for something combine like a laptop you can draw on a drawing tablet that has it's own processor etc. so it can function on it's own.
I would put the Samsung Tab S9 Ultra as another option that rivals the Ipad pro. And the other thing too is that Wacom pens and others can be used on it as well. Its an awesome tablet. 👍
I am confused can someone help.I am a new graphic student tho i use to sketch from a long time ago so already good at it.Right now my teacher told me to get a pen tab for digital painting I am confused should i get xp artist 12 or just get a good normal non display pen tab .Also knoiw that I will be purchasing Ipad pro next year so do i invest in a cheap budget display tab or a non display one for now
if you're getting an ipad pro then there's no need to buy a display tab unless you have the budget. A non display one will be fine, that's what i use cause i can't afford a display one and it works fine you just need to adapt to it.
@@Rekz_zi mean I do have a non display one and then I upgraded to iPad, but since I’m going to an animation university I’ll buy myself a pen display as well. No, I don’t have the budget at all, I’m struggling but it’s worth it 😭👍🏻
@aribuwu it's always good to manage your money and be prepared, because there are things that we cannot oversee. But if you feel like you need the pen display and commit to it, then yeah it will be worth it. Again, not to be philosophical, but spending your money wisely is very crucial, especially as an artist.
Cintiqs... They are sturdy machines. The cintiqs at my studio are ancient(bought in the mid 2000s) and still works fine(just a bit lowres for this day tho). Hobbyist and low wage artists should stick to cheaper alternatives.
Waste of money just buy a pen phone that can be used anytime and not need a pc attached to it. I wanted to get the xpen artist 12 for my kid but fork that ill just get her a Samsung tab s7+ if need be. Thats the bottom of the barrel imo. 300$ but it does everything. Although im tempted to just get her a pen phone like she asked cos note 10 ultra is cheap now.
Does anyone here have an Intuous Pro? I’m considering moving on from my XP PEN artist 12 (as mentioned in the video) because the pen is having disconnect issues and because it’s terrible for your neck and back.
I've had my intuos pro for 5 years now and it still works in great shape! I've only had a problem with the bluetooth but now that I am on my new computer it works great! The battery life on it is pretty great and it tracks the screen amazingly. I think even with the intuos pro, or any drawing tablets, you have to be mindful of your posture. I believe there are tablet stands yuou could but if you prefer an angle to draw at. Having to look up at the monitor is a pretty quick adjustment too! I think it's a good purchase if you're not ready to dish out crazy money for a quality display tablet. For reference I have the medium size intuos pro, and my display is about 27 inches. Even on a 15 inch laptop it was very comfortable. I hope this helps!
ROG Flow Z-13-ACRNM RMT02 or Samsung tab s7+ Samsun connects to a computer using the free Spacedisk program and turns into an on-screen graphics tablet
