This was very helpful, thank you! I'm a little paler than you & recently discovered a makeup-matching hack. When you are as pale as we are, makeup that appears too dark is often the right depth but simply the wrong undertone. The way to check is by looking at it in black & white aka greyscale, a setting you can change on your phone. For example, of the swatches on your arm, only the NYX Total Control Drops in Porcelain is a good match in terms of depth: everything else is too pale. When viewed in greyscale, your face is also a little paler than your neck. For muted neutral skin tones, the best way to neutralise & apparently lighten makeup is to add a blue mixer. Rimmel also have a light porcelain shade (pink undertone) in the lasting finish foundation and there's 25 shades in their match perfection foundation range (fair porcelain & light porcelain are the lightest shades)

I used to wear 110 Maybelline fit me, and I found Revlon Colorstay 24hr 150 Buff, was a good match for fair neutral skin. Revlon Colorstay 24hrs is such a longwearing foundation too :)

You and I have the exact same skin shade/ tone so whenever I buy a foundation I check out your channel to see what shade you got 😂 (hack). It would be awesome if you review some drugstore bb creams because its really hard to find one that doesn’t turn me into an orange. have you ever tried elf flawless finish foundation? I'm trying to figure out if I'm around the same shade as you and I think I am since I match in most of these foundations! :) I found that light ivory in the elf foundation is the best shade match I've found so far!!

I so badly wanted the Australis lightening drops to work for me but they made my Estee Lauder Double wear foundation seperate and go all patchy and weird. Such a bummer. 💔 have you ever tried any other foundation lightening drops Tanika? Id love to try another brand to see if that works out better for me. Also love bloopers being included at the end of his vid 😂

Ive had issues with foundations when I was in my teens because my skin was soo fair.i have cool to neutral tone skin. I did finally find one but I do have dry skin as well, ive found maybelline came put with Fit Me Matte Foundation my color is 110 in the Matte and in the dewy smooth one is 105, but i do use the Fit Me pressed powder but I get it in a little darker shade then my natural color to look more natural. Ive been using the Profusions new pallets but I do need some kind of cream to pink to peach pallet and ive been having a hard time finding one light enough.

Also Nyx has a white jumbo eye crayon pencil that I use that is great for highlighting, I just blend it out with a sponge and its great for my light skin.

Same! I got 1W/D Golden Ivory and it at least 2 shades dark. It was already a shade darker and it oxidized 2 shades, looks dark yellow :/

Out of these you mentioned, the only option available and light enough for me in my country is nyx can't stop won't stop in light porcelain, but it looks so bad on my skin. I have very oily skin, exfoliate and take care of my skin regularly, no other foundation looks this bad. Such a shame. L'Oreal and Maybelline foundations , and the other Nyx is here but I can't find shade light enough. I always mix catrice and nyx shade lightening drops in other foundations but I have acne and when I mix it I have less coverage..

I'm so sorry I'm not sure what I was wearing in the video but at the moment I have been loving the L'oreal True Match! It has such nice coverage, the shade is great, it leaves a beautiful finish on the skin and and quite long lasting. It's been my go to now that we are getting into some cooler weather here 🥰

Hey Lisa, I haven't been using Bondi Boost lately, but have been trying to take extra care of my hair. I'm quite happy with the growth rate atm but when I was growing out the pixie the Bondi Boost was fantastic! I do still recommend it if you're wanting to to grow your hair as it worked great for me 🤗

I was disappointed with the Revolution Foundation from Priceline. It worked well on my fair skin but I found it had such a strong and horrible chemical smell that I had to throw it out. I'm wondering if I got a dud hmm

pale girl problems right! 👻 Some high end foundations I find are super fair are the marc jacobs remarcable and the jouer essential high coverage. Oh and the colour pop liquid foundation has a super fair shade too. All of these are abit too light for me 💕

I was thinking the same thing. I was like "Ooooo...what's that one on the end that looks like the correct shade for me!....wait! Lightening drops?! Awe man!" I use KVD L42 but I have super dry skin and it looks like cakey crap on my skin.
