I found this hilarious compilation of Elden Ring DLC Rage moments and reacted to it during the latest Khan's Anvil. Check out Top Gaming Plays: • Top 50 Elden Ring DLC ... #eldenring #gaming #rurikhan
Imagine doing a no-hit Elden Ring DLC run, just knowing the entire time that you will have to fight Radahn at the end. It's hard to imagine doing anything more stressful.
Not really. You usually practice each boss 100s of times and test out every possible rng as much as possible. When you're at the last boss, you're nervous, but muscle memory will pull you through. Also Radahn is actually not so bad once you have tons of practice. There are some easier bosses with some odd rng which can fuck your run though. You can control Radahn's rng pretty consistently actually if you dodge left and keep strafing.
Breaking the keyboard/controller because of the delayed input from the dodge and sprint being on the same button… definitely understandable. 😂😂 I haven’t done it but I’ve felt like it.
I know my heart rate went up every time I hit that last phase on fatalis 😂. When I finally got him to do his last big fire breath, I stood up, I’m hitting him and hitting them my buddy dies… “why did you get greedy!?” Oh man I was pissed but it was fun. I didn’t break anything. Then after another 10 tries we called it a night and the next day beat him first try! Sometimes you gotta take a break.
As someone who has anger management issues much of my life, even I think this stuff is over the top. These people are either overreacting for views or they have serious mental issues.
i think that's because their are an entertainer, some of them even so obvious that they're playing it for the chat. in one hand that's entertaining, but in other hand i also appreciate people who are genuine. and i agree with you, they're over the top.
I see a 2 ton armored creature charging at me, i think dodge. He sees a 2 ton armored creature charging at him and he thinks smacking it away with a dinner plate with a handle is the best solution. We are not the same.
I never understood getting so mad over a video game. They're supposed to be fun and relaxing, nit the opposite. Though I'm a really calm person in life and it takes a lot to upset me (but when I finally do get mad, just leave me alone).
I played with Mouse and Keyboard ever since Dark Souls 2 came out, my first souls game. It does get difficult but in due times i start getting used to it to this day with Elden Ring.
I don't think you understand how rage works. The thing you're smashing doesn't actually have any kind of logic to it and it's not something you can just chose to not feel.
The reason for why some people (including me) go ham on their chairs, is because a chair doesn't break as easily as a Keyboard or Controller does. That way no money has to be spent on new expensive Equipment. ^^
Also, I think a large reason as to why Kai was crying is that I believe he's been on the final boss for 21 hours at this point and most of those deaths were to him.
It made me wonder if I would be more like these people if I haven't discovered and loved Monster Hunter. That game made ma patient and observant to every little things and I never had any outburst like these.
29:45 as a brazilian, i think this name is pretty funny too and the "arco pendrilhante" is one of the first sorceries you can get in the game and its name "glintstone arc" in english
been gaming my whole life, and ive never damaged any of my things out of anger, and i play everything on K&M. i did NG+4 zero scadu for my first DLC playthrough and i didnt get mad once, i got ANNOYED at myself for fucking up a couple of good attempts, but thats it. if you get this angry at a game, then you arent disciplined, you are used to getting your own way, and when something says "No", and you arent willing to put the effort in to overcome it, and resort to the easy way out, then it doesnt just show what kind of gamer you are, it shows the PERSON you are, thats why i love Souls games, theyve had an uncanny ability to show you what you are like at your worst, but also your best, learn to deal with yourself when you are at your lowest, and if you can do that, then nothing can come close to that low point ever again, and its easy.
By my 20th+ attempt at the Miquallester, my circle button stopped working because I was gripping my controller so hard I was apparently warping it and something got disconnected. Called it quits after that. Came back the following day and beat him within 5 tries
Dont worry about Happy Hob, he is like that, is kind of genuine and kind of not, its his thing on stream, acting dumb with his chat and raging, but yes his rages usually seem genuine.
On the keyboard and mouse thing, i play like that as well. Feels better to me than controller. Even if it was by luck i still managed to beat the final boss of the dlc.
I remember the only thing I ever broke game related was thee psone wu tang game..lmao...i legit took the disc out and snapped it in half (this was over 15 years ago im 40)...and i did smash a controller once and immediately regretted it because i didn't have a back up😢
You're naturally skilled with languages like my sister... I know english because my school was in english and they taught me, she knows perfect english because she watched TV in english 😅
I mean the KB&M vs Controller is just personal preference really. I started with Dark Souls 1 in 2011 on Xbox 360, so naturally I play with a controller. For example, Asmongold started with KB&M and played most if not all Fromsoft games with KB&M and has beaten all of them, and hates playing with a controller. I believe it really is just a question of what you started playing these games with that also then determines your preference.
Man, i never got this mad with elden ring. Sekiro on the other hand had me break 3 controllers from angrily twisting them in the first 4hrs🤣 it took me 4 years to beat sekiro because i quit 3 times for about a year each time i tried to play. I can say i beat the game without ever successfully mikiri countering🤣
Lmao this was entertaining to watch! Personally I never raged at the dlc, but at the same time I do feel like the fights are either fairly easy, or extremely over the top to the point where its really not fun to play. In general I enjoyed my time with shadow of the erdtree, but some of the bosses and their lack of presentation, the emptiness of some areas, the uninteresting enemy variety across the map and especially the ending left a bitter aftertaste. As a result I don't think this dlc was as good as Bloodborne or DS3's expansions.
I thought I was bad at these games but these death counters are ridiculous. Some of the people look way higher level than I was but they died more than 2x more. Maybe I am good at soulsgames….
Running out of stamina on the Rellana fight is very common and it's my biggest issue with the fight as a whole. Some of her combos are so long with attacks in such rapid succession that if you get unlucky, you can run out of stamina just from dodging before you get a chance to attack, even if you've hit the soft cap in endurance. Kinda ruins the fight imo. It doesn't have much of a "dance" to it, because you have to be so careful with using stamina, that you either wind up having to trade hits just because you can't afford to dodge, or you have to pass on an opening to attack because an attack will burn the last of your stamina and effectively stun you long enough to get hit by her next combo.
You cant tell me there isnt at least a little bit of BS in this game when they literally tied THREE inputs to ONE button(WHICH YOU CANNOT CHANGE, AT ALL), it literally shows up in the controller settings all f*cking cheeky: Dodge, Sprint, Backstep: o ALL IN ONE BUTTON... Ahh Miyazaki, never change! 😂😂😂
I often wonder how many ‘rage’ moments are performing over actual anger? Given they’re all adults, it’s a bit disturbing if they’re all real. I think they may need anger management help.
I destroyed a controller i got because it was cheap, and the commands were getting stuck, and i was annoyed that the camera would not stop moving to the right. After that i got xbox's controller, no more cheap shit
Tyrannicon is probably my favorite rage gamer...also Adrianna Chechik didnt know she was a game streamer only know her from her.... 🌽 Also im puerto rican and caca means shit lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I understand this so much as a noob souls player but I don’t break my stuff since I only have one controller and I generally wouldn’t want to break it anyway
31:55 no man, i said this before, your Spanish accent is actually non existent, meaning that I can almost believe is your natal language, your English is the same. You have talent for the languages
I cant rage... i have 2 dogs that get scared whenever i say "fuck" even so to the point if i die and say "my goooooood" they will distance themselves so i make sure i call em over to let em know im good 😂😂😂
Honestly I get that some of this is show but if people actually get this mad they should not be playing this is not healthy lol. PS. some of the best players in the world play on keyboard and mouse or some mix of controller and keyboard.
