Our private school in the sticks back in the 80's used kerosene heaters. I always had upper respiratory issues while at the school. Came home and in a couple hours I was fine. I can't see how it's a healthy option The suet and fumes in the air stuck to you and your clothes. . So many other means to stay warm. Great vid! Thanks.

At 0.45 it says that NFPA 58 requires that ALL propane cylinders be used outside. Yet you're showing us indoor heaters. Who is right? Years ago I had a kerosene heater as a backup, and I didn't like the smell and the flame tended to creep up over time. I currently have a vented propane stove as my power-out heat supply. I would not use an unvented propane heater in my house for any length of time.
