Ingredients 2 cups plain flour Salt to taste 1tsp sugar 1/2 cups Curd 2 tsp oil 1/2 baking powder 1/4 baking soda 4 grated garlic clove/ pods (only half into bowl) Kneed into soft dough (use grease on hands) with warm water Make into ball pat down cover leave for 10-15min Yeah ingredients only watch from 2:44 on to see how it gets done. 😁 My own thing here , you can make these and put them in sealed plastic for up to 3 days but keep it in the fridge. It wont taste as fresh but that is how store bought ones are.
i don't know if this is based on the orig recipe on the video but this 2cups flour to 1/2 cup curd ratio is WRONG. i just made it and it came out incredibly dry. it should probably be more like 1 1/3 cup flour to 1/2 cup curd and just add a tablespoon or two of flour as needed.
Made this today! Came out delicious! I used garlic granules instead of chopped garlic which was a great substitute. Small Tip: Put a lid on the naan as the bottom cooks which will make it rise and become fluffy!
Thank you, Sonia. I'm living abroad and have a problem bringing Naan or Roti from the market especially our sub-continent style. Now I have a delicious recipe I can make at home.
Ma'am..I hv tried this recipe many times..it came out perfect..my son is in love with this naan but i am using atta instead of maida.but it comes out so soft even my mother- in - law loves it..thanks a lot for such a recipe ❤️❤️🙏🙏
I made it and it turned out exactly the same. Just do what is told the instructions are so clear it turned out perfect and it was my first naan at home. Loved it 😍😍
I tried this recipe as a special for my mom and wife, on Friday night. It came out really well. Liked it very much. They came out so fluffy, soft and tasty! Thanks for the recipe!!
I only speak English and I was like “uh hu... okay... got it” and totally felt like I understood what she was talking about and how to make it. Awesome job. Gonna go make some now. Thank you
Thanks, my naan came out great. I’ve tried so many recipes in the past and they always came out too dry and hard, but your recipe was so easy to follow. Thanks again for sharing 😀
Thank you so much for this amazing recipe. I'm a Mexican living in the USA that loves Indian food. I can't believe this came out so great and now I'm able to make naans!!
Thank you so much for this recipe. It was quick yet quite explainatory. I have tried other recipes as well but so far this is best. They came out nice and soft.
Hello ma’am. I tried this recipe of yours and it came out to be exceptionally very well. You made the recipe look very simple and the description you gave about it while making it was very concrete. My parents loved the ‘naan’ very much and it was much tastier too. You have me now in your list of followers to follow all your recipes. Thank you so much :)
Thank you aunty, I will finally be able to make my favourite combination of garlic naan+tandoori chicken at home now despite the pandemic. Your tone and sass made the recipe so much better than the professional chefs on RU-vid.
Made this, this afternoon and it came out so well & perfect! My family enjoyed and said, this much much better than what we have in the restaurants! This is definitely a keeper recipe! Thank you so much for this easy peasy tasty recipe!☺️😊

wow! Nihaari! Did you make the nihaari at home? I am vegan now and do not miss eating animal products, but if there is one dish I do long to eat again it is Nihaari. 😊
Just made it for dinner... I can't tell you how great it tasted.. I got all the appreciation... I wish I could post the picture here... Thank you so much...❤️Note: with this measurement I could make 4 medium sized naan ❤️
Superb! Was pleasantly surprised to see you give an alternative to turning the tawa upside down. That one tip takes this video from great to excellent! Thanx!!
This is the 4th recipe I’ve tried and I got this on the 1st attempt! TYSM! My other recipes made me break a sweat trying to knead the dough. This was so soft and easy to work with even at the beginning of kneading process when your instructions are followed. Thank you so much I appreciate u!🥰🥰
This came out so good. It was so soft and at the same time you get the tandoor Naan taste. Must try. My mom usually doesn't eat Naan and she said this was the best naan she ate and will eat again.

Thanks Sonia ji for sharing this recepi. You already cleared all confusion for those living in abroad who usually don't get iron tawa abroad. Kindly mention the temperature for oven. Love and blessings from Australia 🇦🇺
I tried this recipe and It was great. I have made a few different naan recipes and I was skeptical on the absent of yeast, but it was actually really good.

I made this first time some months back. It turned out softer and delicious than hotel ones. The ONLY PROBLEM IS MY SON WON'T EAT OUTSIDE NAAN. He only wants Butter Garlic Naan made by me (your recipe). Super Delicious and FOOLPROOF
