Bro i have worked in operation profile for 5 years in Cognizant, as there is no growth opportunities in this profile, i decided to try for technology and got trained Full stack development... Started attaining interview... For giving 10-20 interviews i am able to answer all the questions asked in the interview but there is one thing where i am stuck in every interview which is project related questions.... I really don't know how to frame this part , i am very bad at molding things... Buddy please help me get over this issue... This is the only reason I don't have any offer in hand even after attending multiple interviews ....

@@pranshuchaudhary1771 bro as he mentioned in the video do like that go for the dummy project try yourself take help of youtube and go on slowly slowly don't rush when you will make a dummy project yourself even 50% of it you will easily crack the interview you will not believe after my engineering i had a interview with MNC they asked me about my final year project we were group of 4 only i did nothing in the project just a day before my interview I called my friend and asked what he did for the project as he was the only one dedicated for that project and I replied the same thing as my friend mentioned to my interviewer I was selected but I had a gap in my graduation so I couldn't make it

Even foss bhi karne lagenge toh bhi IT mein kaam kuch hadd tak alag hota hai aur keywords padhne ke baad interviews mein confidence ki band bajti hai. Maine phir bhi kaafi khelne ki koshish ki but jab indians ke saath interviews deta tha toh jack nahi lagta tha aur reject bhi kaafi hona pada. Toh process pata hona main hai aur rot technical secondary hai

@@ajaygautam832 They do ask for salary slips to confirm the salary but they can't verify role you had in the company. In that way you can show your testing role as a dev role to switch the job. Don't lie about the salary tho

That's why I mention to make some dummy projects which you can add in your resume and can explain in during an interview. Project are important for experienced.

Here employers are not doing proper background checks of joiners...😂😂. People are switching from normal jobs to IT jobs in a jiffy.... If company checks the PAN card history they will know where did they actually work in the past. Such people along with job agencies should be put behind bars...

I joined a company after my Engg 2021 passout. There was 5 months training full stack, and from then after training i am on bench no project.. Now hr told me they will terminate me.. if i dont get project within 2 weeks... what if i get terminate...? should i try in diff company as fresher again or With fake experience that i have done project for 4-5 mnths ??but I'll get experience letter from company

You have experience of 4-5 months! So try with that only! Also if yur company terminate you, they will also liable to pay you the amount for your notice period, (Remember to take that full nd final statement with experience letter)

Relavant experience means you should be working in IT domain. Or technical part. So no,,,, nobody ask in detail. Nd even if someone ask, still yu have that kind of skillset which your future employer is needed. So don't worry!
