GURL SO helpfull wish you would show a close-up on each brush!! I have so many different brushes but really dont know what to use for what and a close-up w demostration would be perrrrfeccct!!
Angela thanks to you, I bought every single one of these. They just arrived, and I have played with them for about 10 minutes. I can already tell they are going to completely change my game! The E36 is EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Thanks so much for this video!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I needed this info in my life! I struggle with eyeshadow on my hooded eyes and I know part of it is knowing which brush to use. You ROCK!
I ordered every single brush you recommended here & was lucky enough to get a 30% off coupon...now just gotta get over my ❤️ of always CLEAN brushes & use them!
Thank you for putting this together for us! I struggle with the brushes I have bought (although great quality, they seem to big for my hooded eyes!) I agree with others, you totally need to do a collab with Sigma so we can get all our brushes in one kit!!
I just have to say after following you for a bit, i finally broke down tonight and bought all 10 you recommended in this video. I have hooded eyes and am looking forward to see how these work for me AND i paid it forward and used your code, so THANK YOU so much for your great videos.
The explanation you give with each brush is so helpfull. The E36 reminds me a lot of my MAC 221. It's also a tiny tapered blending brush and it's my favorite!
Just searched brushes for hooded eyes bc I feel like I'm using all the wrong brushes!! Very informative/helpful. Plus you uploaded this on my birthday almost a year ago :)
Thank you so much I have 45 yrs old and I have hooded eyes but with huge upper lid and you are second you tuber that talks about the quality and efficiency of the brushes so I think that they are on sale for Labor Day so I would make my investment on them because I have a tone of brushes but It feels like my brushes do their job well or maybe it’s me 😄 but I’m looking brushes for beginners and they suggest this brand 😉👍🏻
I really love your eyeshadow tutorials/videos and how they get straight to the point! 👍🏻 BTW, I can’t stop noticing how much you look like Megan Fox! 🙂
Excellent video. Placed my order. This is exactly why you hit 100,000. You are great! I look forward to 500,000 and then the big 1. Keep up the great work you do. You are helping a lot of us out here. I will try the foam cleaner once I am low on my liquid cleaner. I am so excited to get my brushes and truly follow you step by step. Thx!
🤗. Perfect timing because Sigma is having a sale. I absolutely love Sigma brushes. I have tried others and there is no comparison. I clean my brushes everyday with their cleanser. They look brand new. I am very happy with my brushes. Time to watch. . .
Thank u for this. I’ve just started switching my Morphe brushes out for Sigma, the last couple paychecks. I forgot about your code tho and I’m so bummed, but I am delighted to be reminded again, bc I have another purchase to make next week! 🌸
Yes Angela! Thank you so much 💖 for making this video and sharing your favourite make-up brushes.🙌🏽 I will be buying all brushes, because I have very hooded eyes. 😔
Still saving up to buy my 1st sigma brushes, being in Australia everything beauty related is so much more expensive! I'm just a newbie to makeup so have about 30 wish brushes (which are honestly pretty crappy, they hurt your eyes because the bristles are so hard). Thanks for uploading a video on what brushes i most need to get.
The Sigma e25 was my first ever Sigma purchase and I consider myself a noobie at eyeshadow and the e25 changed my whole eyeshadow game and I can do an entire eye look with that one brush. I highly recommend that to be your first purchase!
Got all of these brushes and sigma was having a sale for 30% off. They didn’t have the angled brush so I got two of the first. Came out to $100. Not too bad for so many! Used your link for all of them. Can’t wait to use them! Been using morphe all this time but since I’m stuck watching your awesome, easy to follow and close up tutorials, ima be a true fan and use what you use. Keep up the good work Angela! P.s. would love if you could do some more jefree Star looks from his artistry pallet as well as James Charles. Trying to go outside the box with them but all other tutorials just have too much nonsense. You get right to the point. Lol
My Sigma order arrives today. I am so excited. I seized the moment with their Memorial weekend sale. My lowerlash line will rejoice. I did not like the pencil brush - E30 for my lowerlash line. I like that brush for my inner corner.
Several people say that Elf brushes are equally good.Would you be able to do a Elf brush equivalent of these? I’m sure would help a lot of folks. Thanks.
An elf brush equally good to a Sigma brush???? Are you freaking kidding me, whoever said that deserves a slap to the face! lol Elf brushes are complete shit. Sorry, but they are. I bought the entire elf brush kit and they are all crap! Most broke during first wash. They are extremely cheap for a reason. Just given you the heads up I wish I wouldnt have gotten the set because Elf has a NO RETURN policy!
E36 is just magic, I guess it is too small for makeup artists who are doing models but for hooded eyes or for beginners (who are usually using too much product or are pushing the brushes too hard) there is nothing like it. The application is also super fast, so ‘’late for work’’ appropriate.
Yay! Finally! Thank you Angela! Now it's time to go makeup brush shopping... the best kind of shopping! 🤩🤩🤩 Sending lots of love from a very cold South Africa! 🇿🇦 PS. You should totally do a 2018 holy grail video! 💛💛💛
Is there a brush set from sigma that you'd recommend that has all these brushes in it or do we have to buy each of them seperately? Something for beginners? Thank you for taking the time to film this for us?
Wouldn't you know it? Out of the 10 Sigma brushes I have I had only 2 out of ten you need for hooded eyes and I am one who has the worst hooded eyes and was so looking forward to this video. 😩 So I had the E38 & E21. Out of all the ones that you mentioned can you please tell me if any of these that I have be a possible substitute for any of the ones you have listed? I have 34, 57, 64, 80 & 88. Thank you so much for this video! 💕
I couldn't take it anymore, I just gave in and ordered the brushes! Why don't you have an influencer set? You totally should have one! PS: The day after this video went up I saw this "set" on either Amazon or Ebay.
You should DEFINITELY do a COLLAB hint hint +SIGMA and make your own little Angela’s favorite brushes kit like the girl said in the comment below mine!!! And that E36 I DO have a brush VERY similar if not identical to that from Luxie it’s the LUXIE 237 BLENDING BRUSH same shape same size, sigma most likely is cheaper I THINK 🤔🤔🤔 I’m not sure cuz I know Luxie is pretty expensive someone PLEASE correct me if I’m wrong 🤪 I got this brush in a trio set from my boxycharm You did a great job you were very knowledgeable and informative about every brush great video Angela I enjoyed it 👏🏻👏🏻 I personally don’t have “hooded” eyes but I am getting “older” 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫 and my right eye has a scar above it the wound was pretty severe anyways it makes my lid drop more than it should at this point so all these brushes I would LOVE to have!!! Thanks for sharing girl 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The E36 looks similar to the Morphe M506 (except the hair color). I recently purchased my first Morphe brushes bc I dont like to order online unless it's something I *REALLY* want or need, and my closest Ulta doesn't sell Morphe in store, but I was at an Ulta a but further than mine a few weeks ago and they had them. Honestly, the M506 is nice and it's soft, but the others I got are so scratchy. I can't believe how many people recommend those brushes. I'll use them, but I'd prefer almost any other brush over those Morphe brushes lol. The worst 3 of the brushes I got are the M514, M433, and M441 and I believe those 3 said they were "pro" brushes, which I'd assume is better than their other ones🤷♀️. It's disappointing bc I like the shapes of them, but they're very scratchy and they actually kinda even hurt. Washing them made the hairs on them stick out everywhere too, so they have a ton of "wild hairs." Lol I wish I could afford the signature brushes....one day, one day. Whenever I have money to spend I end up getting some new eye shadow palette that's been released for the week lol. Brushes need to be a priority next time though!
I've used a few Morphe brushes before too and I wasn't a fan. I agree that they were scratchy, and they would shed like crazy when I was blending! And yes the bristles would start to fray out after washing them. I love Morphe's makeup...but some of their brushes are a miss for me. Sigma has never failed me :)
Ellen Marie O I do not like Morphe brushes. Too harsh for me. I bought them at Ulta. I kept forgetting to return them until it was too late. It never occurs to me to use them.
So glad with this, you can't even imagine! But then... there are natural and synthetic bristles.. how and why is that? 😶 Is natural in stiffness softer or harder or eh.. haha! You see it, why do you rather use natural (and what kind of natural hairs have what type of behavior) and when synthetic? Is it because more oily powder, loose powder or very dry powder or .. well.. maybe a little tutorial with this look brushes but then with specific explanation why you grab that brush (not because it feels nice in the hand but because of the hairs of a bristle 😶 Because NOBODY explains why/ THAT If you are willing to help with this topic, please!! 🤗🤘😎😶😊
