This is great work for a game that's not even gotten it's 1.0 launch yet. You will definitely blow up more once the game is officially launched and you can use gameplay clips to demonstrate the concepts you are talking about in this video. PS I miss the analogies with fruits, birds, cars etc. Helps add levity to your already useful videos.

Got Bailu on the beginner banner. Is it then useless to get Jing Yuan in the future? Was planning on getting him but if they fill the same role I won't since it'd be a waste of a 5 star .
awesome guide! now i have more clarity on how do i want to start the game. you mention the beginning of the video about dumping all the resources to the MC, is that means 1 hyper invest character is better than spread it out to all 4 character? edit: one other thing, if i only want to pull for 1 limited character until 1.2 or 1.3, whose your highest recommendation in the near future? right now im thinking of silver wolf. is there any other recommendation?
good question! the biggest benefit of hyper investing, is you buy yourself time. Time for what? - time to see if you get lucky or pull a 5*. By spreading resources at level 1, you will be inefficient if you get Seele/yanqing/himeko/welt/jingyuan/etc early.
it depends on you. spreading resources on characters you end up not using later might slow u down. i for example dont plan on getting limited characters for at least 3-5 months. means i can safely spread my resources on my starter characters, since i wont replace them so soon. ^^ but if u want seele or ying yuan its a different story! would be wise to save ur resources!
If i'm going to try for Seele on first banner should I build Herta instead of Dan? Or just build Dan and deal with slightly slower battles which I don't mind.
"the problem with serval is what if you pull himeko or what if you want to pull for kafka later on" these aren't actually issues, according to the hsr dps calculator tierlist thing, Serval actually has better damage output than Himeko with all factors considered, and as for Kafka it's especially not an issue bc she and Serval synergize really well, so if you plan to pull for Kafka that's more reason to invest in Serval if anything. Only Jing Yuan outclasses Serval in terms of AOE damage output, so the what if you pull for jing yuan point actually is valid.
@@EODGamerSG they did a lot of math and shit and took into account a lot of factors. Who can say if it will still stand come release tho, they could mess with numbers a bit between now and release. I still stand by my point tho, Himeko and Serval aren't even really competing since they're different elements anyway and Serval complements Kafka she doesn't compete for a teamslot with her.
you dont get it the moment the game launches, thats why theres the progression component to it. Some also want a challenge to play without 5* - like Pokemon nuzlocke style
