Best starter build by far to get an account started I would say. without requiring equipments from over 200 levels of paragon to achieve (exept second set off-h [no Second chances which only drops on hell 3 and above). PS: I have finally gotten my Blessed pebble to level 10 and even awakened my chest piece! Why is it that I still can't achieve 100% uptime on rolling surf? There still seems to have 2-3 seconds delay in between (even whilst activating the skills within the cross winds to get the -2seconds as well as vithu's 2-set bonus), can anyone enlighten me please :'D
I'm confused the CD left from my cross wind is 4sec, the rolling surf is 7sec and the wind walk is 5sec after the combo. I think that's way too long based on what you said or I made a mistake. (I'm paragon 212)
Same here. I would say 4s. I think you need a LOT of reforge stones to get all those benificial duration effects on every piece of your gear to have the effect.
Hello Habonis. Can you please share your advice with me when it comes for gem composition on PvE? Let's say that one slot will be equipped with Blessed Pebble in order to give me the 100% Rolling Surf uptime and I equip it in a slot I previously had Starfire equipped (it's not that necessary for PvE). For the other 7 slots I have: Fervent Fang R10 (awoken), Mother's Lament R7, Viper's Bite R7, Pain Clasp R7, BSJ 3* R4, Roiling Consequences 4* R4, Gloom Cask 3* R4, Bottled Hope 3* R4. Which one you wouldn't use in your PvE build? Thanks in advance for your advice.
As a F2P myself, you'll never enjoy Battleground or any PVP in this game. Most of the time, your skills will be on cooldown, and spenders have more life. I managed to shave down other pvp players life to zero only for them to regain and revive life on the spot. Almost a third of people have spent money on their characters. I don't think Diablo is for F2P, not anymore. The only success I had in PVP is 'Alley of Blood', where there is only 8 people playing and the chances are better. If you enjoy playing only dungeons, then you can build enough damage and combat rating to be very effective.
How important is Windswept promise? Let's say you don't need Squall, could you use Breaker instead with Galebreaker for the absorb shield? I like Breaker with Flaring Lighthouse's Galebreaker essence for dashes mainly for the absorb shield. Very useful in Terror Rifts when you need to fast to collect but also burn down a boss. Sometimes that shield comes in very handy. Thoughts?
@@Habonis Thanks. The question was more about the Pants. Is the 13% increased attack speed a big deal? If I use breaker, I have to use flaring lighthouse pants to get the dashes and shield.
@@flyripgaming6424 looks like there’s a lot of options with the farm build.. if you need the survivability/mobility from the dash / shield pants for Breaker then that’s a great solution. Everything dies super fast so maybe the attack speed isn’t that crucial if you don’t need it
I have vortex but looking to switch it out to crosswinds when I can get my rolling surf uptime near 100%. Squall is good with the essence that mark the target for single dps
