I was having a really bad day…all a bit depressing, as I sink into stuff that matters and stuff that doesn’t matter……it only took the first 5 minutes of this to take me through the last 26 years of all the heavy lifting I’ve been choosing to do, or allowing myself to be given, and set it all down for another 60 minutes, stretch my mind into other possibilities and breath. Now I pick it all up again and run! EPIC MOTIVATION.
