Fog lights are legal but it should be below main head lights. Also u have to cover your aux light all the time when non used.

The legal information on auxiliary lights is correct, considering both together the auxiliary lamp’s wattage should be lesser than the power of the headlight and also the fitment should be below the headlight. These rules I had read from somewhere in the notes of 2000 - 2001. One thing is not clear that this rule is for OEM or for users?

@@hariomkumar9617 It does matter, any un-authorised connections to wiring lomb increase in beam power lead to fatal situations that the users either blame the OE later. Some OE provide accessory slot with loading parameters in current carrying capacity etc., where you have luxury to add your gadgets. If improperly done then the OE has full rights to void user’s warranty. This is a huge debatable topic. I would suggest to visit a VW dealer in this regards of these factors they have already faced, other Automobile manufacturers do not stress on the safety topics. The author of this video has conveyed the right information.

Great explanation. One thing that I would discourage is the position of light on the leg guard. Why? Because I was using it, the lower position of lights means even little bumps on the road feel like potholes (as the lower position of the lamp will cast a longer shadow). This may be looking okay on video but once you are in speed, this positioning gives you a false idea of pothole size which is dangerous. One can use L clamps right below the headlight and out on the sided of forks to get better angle

A message to all. Sabi bikers jaisa rto rules bataya waise power ka fog light install karo aur, only and only low beam use karo , aur aur ek time aayega jab saamne se chutiyoo high beam on hi rakne waale 4 wheelers aate tho apne high beam se unhe andha kardena chaiyee. Dekenge ki kya un logo ka haat low beam pe jaata hai yaa nhi. All people follow this rule .

Hi. I have TVS Ronin. The TVS service center at Pune says that if any fog lights are installed then warranty will be void. Even if wires are not cut. Tvs customer care also doesn't help. What to do now?

Harness keeps your electronics safe. Also it depends on the brand and power of light weather to get harness or not. Mine still working fine and great. HJG mini drive fog lights.

Hi. I have installed Hjg aux lights several months ago. But since last month it’s showing battery down indication on my interceptor 650 just within a minute of turning aux lights on. And when I turn off aux the battery indicator no battery indication. I even changed the battery. But still I get this battery indication when the aux light is ok. Any solution on this issue
