These restaurants are hiring visa students on cheaper wages. No sane person wants to work in restaurant on crappy salary.....only students willing to work for less. It's the same shit at every desi restaurant in Canada......all staffed by students on study permitsvbcaz they work for less money or on cash under table. Owners saving lots of money on labour costs. No wonder the quality declining day by day.
Those lunch buffet trays are usually empty at desi restaurants.....notice how they made them full for the promotion videos. LOL. Feel sorry for the cheap labour in restaurants (by using students instead of proper chefs). Look at the owner. Making loads with cheap labour. The usual way of these so-called Chaudhry's. Anyway, tired of these PAID promotions. It is not the same as an original unbiased review. Seems Zia is busy selling himself to any restaurant willing to buy his time for a review......so they can increase their customers. With the expensive prices in restaurants.......locals are avoiding these and cooking at home. Prices per plate are insane specially when students are cooking the foods in kitchen rather than fulltime chefs.
I am not surprised to see all Indians working in Pakistani restaurant because our Pakistani restaurant owners ko boht shoq hai Indians se acha bunnay ka but very very disappointed to see that our Pakistani cooking experts and business owners transferring their recipes treasure and expertise to Indians. Why not hiring Pakistani people?? Zia bhai I was expecting this question from you. Just because Indians are ready to work on minimum wages? Your businesses MashAllah running so well why worrying to save $1 or 2 by hiring Indians? But for sure soon these Indian people will open their own businesses here or in India and use Pakistani recipes. So technically our food expert and cooking jems transferring their skills to Indians, which is so sad. Wah kia dhoke mein hain. Zia bhai please don't say that you see diversity in restaurants kitchen , there is no diversity it's all Indians. We should stop our bhai chara drama for Indians. Indian embassy here in Canada 98% reject visit visa for India on Canadian passport they asked to bring pakistani passport and then reject the application. But Modi can visit Pakistan, all Indians can come to Pak. 75 salon se unse choona lagwarahay hain, ab bus bhee karo bhai yeh aman ki aasha ka drama. Apne logon ko agay nahi berhnay dena hai.
Karachi kitchen Nihari doesn’t taste like the authentic Karachi style Nihari, I think you did little understatement here or maybe you even didn’t taste the authentic Nihari ever in your life. For a better version of Nihari, I would suggest Gowal Mandi Mississauga.
Had dinner at Grillado few months back and had the honour of meeting Usman. He is very passionate about food and takes pride in the food he serves at Grillado! Chaltay rahain Zia bhai!
Please try to mention prices of all food and entertainment places hotels u go...even if u r not paying from ur own pocket...still we need to know the prices as well!!

I’m a big foodie and know alottt of places in Toronto which are not even too much known - Zia Bhai is doing alot of Paid Promotions now, from his last trip few of the restaurants he went too and praised them so much, tbh i know those places and even if i was hungry i wont go there like they are that bad
One of the reasons I follow Zia sb is he's a bit honest than others, but here it's a little weird. Maybe Zia sb would u like to comment? Has anyone else had some food for thought?
@@swgohar1 Agreed, he is one of the best from Pakistan. Most of his videos from Pakistan have honest reviews but i guess here he gets bound due to paid promotions.
We travelled from USA to try out this place after watching this review video. I even disregarded the low Google reviews for this place putting all my trust on Zia bhai only to find out that the Google reviews were true!! The place is absolutely below average for Pakistani taste. There r several places in Toronto that offer much tastier Pakistani food. I had tried Karachi kitchen many years ago when it was actually good but here in this dine in place was not good at all.. The haleem we ordered was tasteless, so was the biryani and the appetizers. The kabab roll was cold… so Sorry but I’ve lost my trust in these review videos.
One of the human development indicators of a country is their women who are part of workforce. All women were Indian and that's a positive sign for India. Pakistan needs to learn in this aspect as well big time. Even in Pakistani owned restaurants the women working are only Indian and none Pakistani. That's a negative flag for Pakistan. Hope the situation improves in future.
